First time purchase from Salice UK I’m very impressed. Their customer service is outstanding (Graham) would recommend to anyone considering purchasing from Salice UK I will continue to purchase their quality products.

My sunglasses were delivered very quickly and I can't fault the product or the price.

Although communication from your customer service (“Graham” was the fellow’s name, I recall) was good, the courier service used was the worst I have ever experienced; I would recommend you consider DHL for your international customers (I’m in Los Angeles, California). In the end, I had to go to the sorting hub in person to retrieve the parcel after nearly three weeks after having placed the order.

These cycling glasses are stylish and practical. Nice fit and good optics. Arrived the day after I ordered them!

Following a fall it was a real pleasure to deal with Salice UK’s customer service team (in particular Graham) to arrange for a replacement frame and some new clear lenses. The clear lenses were a slightly different cut than my previous orange ones and so Graham offered a video call to make sure I fitted them correctly. A joy of a customer service experience, led by fellow cycling enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

I love Salice products & had ordered some new cycling sunglasses from an online store that offered substantial discounts and claimed to be UK-based but wasn't. In frustration, I contacted Salice UK & decided to re-order the products from them.

Barely 24 hours later, my Salice UK order was delivered. Meanwhile, after three weeks, my original order from the website had arrived in the UK but due to new customs regulations, I was asked to pay nearly £50 to release the goods. So, a false economy and a lesson learned.

If you want excellent products backed-up with superb customer service, it has to be Salice UK.
