Really bad
Really bad. Order came nothing like the image and was like a cotton kurta style - definitely not appropriate for a wedding event if that is what you are considering for. Gave a random red scarf with a yellow and pink outfit (picture showed pink) They could argue that they just capture it better but it is still the same but the border and arm sleeves were completely different. Yes they give option for custom measurements but it is best to work on sending out what you actually show first. Disappointing and refund is only store credit. Why would I want to order from here again?

Resposta da Samaaya Jaipur
Dear Jan,
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with us didn’t meet expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t match what was anticipated, especially for an important occasion like a wedding.
At Samaaya, we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but we acknowledge that variations in photography, lighting, or styling can sometimes cause confusion — and for that, we sincerely apologize. Regarding the styling details and dupatta, we take your feedback seriously and are looking into it with our production team.
While our current policy offers store credit for refunds, we completely understand your hesitation. All we ask is for one more opportunity to serve you better and change your impression of us. We assure you that we’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re never disappointed again.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts — they help us grow and improve.
Warm regards,
Team Samaaya Jaipur
Sometimes things go wrong, but we’re here to make them right — and better.
Great quality and excellent customer service!
I recently purchased an outfit (lehenga set) from Sammaya Jaipur and was very very satisfied with the quality and especially the personalized customer service. They have a very professional & caring team and the CEO Deepak ji himself helped me with all my queries in a very professional way. He made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. Infact, they even provided speedy service with delivering the outfit to the hotel I was at and also when I requested alterations, they right away sent for someone to pick up the blouse and sent it back in 1 hour with complete alterations. I will continue to place orders with Sammaya Jaipur and thank them for a wonderful experience 🙏🏻

I recently purchased a suit from Samaaya Jaipur Store, and I must say I am very impressed. The quality of the fabric is excellent, with fine stitching and attention to detail. The fit was perfect, thanks to the precise tailoring, and it feels incredibly comfortable to wear all day. The customer service was professional and helpful, ensuring I found exactly what I needed. For the price, it’s great value, and I received many compliments on the suit. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for stylish and well-made suits.

The worst shopping experience I have had. After several failed attempts to get in touch with the contact centre over emails and WhatsApp, I have not recieved any communication regarding the status of my order. They have just ghosted me over any form of communication. This is absolutely disappointing and very frustrating
Please be watchful before falling for their false advertisements

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed, but we would like to respectfully clarify the facts. Your order was indeed refunded without any argument, delay, or demand from your side — and this was done proactively, not under pressure or due to any third-party involvement.
At Samaaya Jaipur, we always try to resolve every issue with transparency and respect. While your contacts may have supported you, we assure you that we did not stop responding at any point, and your refund was issued in full and professionally.
We take all feedback seriously and will continue working to serve every customer with fairness and integrity.
