Promotion FRAUD

I never received my promotional redemption order of Galaxy Buds, which is the reason I purchased a Samsung Mobile phone in the first place. I missed the follow up email because I was told I the steps were all complete. I feel deceived and cheated. This is not fair. I attempted to resolve it with an agent today but I was not successful.
Very dissapointed.

Awful communication, delayed order, couldn't understand phone support

I ordered a Galaxy Watch Classic 46 mm LTE from the store on September 28th. I was charged for the watch and received an email confirming the order.

I then received no other emails about delivery for 2 weeks. At this point I got in touch with customer service through online chat, facebook messenger support and calling the store. I was even on the phone to a manager at one point who said they would give me an update after speaking to the logistics team. That person then did not get in touch and didn't respond to my emails.

In short, it's November 17th today and I still have no watch. I received a text saying the order was delayed until December 2nd...

I cancelled my order today and ordered through Amazon instead. The order has been dispatched the same day... Samsung store is A JOKE.

My biggest gripe is that I couldn't even understand the support over the phone (India based) as the quality of their phones are terrible. Ironic.

Cancel your order and say you did it....

I ordered the Samsung Watch 4 LTE. I had the order cancelled on me then was told I cancelled it. I guess that's so they don't assume any blame for the terrible experience. I had to go without a watch for 2 weeks. What I got was basically "Please order and try again!" After the time spent calling, delivering my trade-in, and my card charged. I'm an advocate for Samsung but this was rude, to say the least.

did pre-order for z flip 3

did pre-order for z flip 3 - sent in trade-in when shipping label was available. they charged my credit card for the order, yet the trade-in is sitting in limbo. tried online chat - cannot get thru the first SIX times, got thru on 7th. phone will not be ready for another 4 weeks, but credit card charged already. and, trade-in check is nowhere to be found.

Nous avons reçu nos nouveaux électros Samsung hier, le réfrigérateur, il y a une porte plus haute que l'autre, je téléphone Samsung, moins de 24 hres après la réception, je fais une demande de service chez Samsung pour un ajustement de la porte, êtes-vous bien assis, on me dit que l'ajustement de la porte ne fait pas partie de la garantie. Quelle garantie de m..... Je n'en reviens pas d'une telle réponse. Wow, très impressionné.

Don't do what they say they will to…

Don't do what they say they will to help with promotions. Then, when you can't do your part because of that, it's.... you didn't do your part, to bad! 1 star is to much! I can show screen shots of the "help" from customer service, just wish I could play the phone call too!

Customer service and samsung sucks

Customer service is no help had problems signing up for account to claim offer spoke to someone they were great and made it so i could send in for my offer even know a day late after i just kept getting rejected everytime i sent in everything needed
Spoke to more live chat agents giving me the run around spoke to a manager also no help other then we cant help you and your to late if they would have gave me a reason why they rejected my offer it could have helped but they kept saying just send it in again lets just say they dont honor what they tell you

Samsung customer service, the worst service I have ever received…

Samsung wearable, the worst service I have ever received from a company in North America. Even my local grocery shop provides better customer service than Samsung Canada. I purchased a galaxy buds+ in 2021 from best buy, BC Canada but it stopped working after couple of months, had to contact the service center to have them to provide me with a repair service, after 1 hour speaking with the agent, he told me he could not find the serial number of the buds in their system because the product is made in Vietnam and I have to contact Samsung Vietnam, what??????? are you kidding me???? All my family is using Samsung products but we are gonna stop and switch to other products from now on.

Bought a Samsung S21+ 2 months ago…

Bought a Samsung S21+ 2 months ago which is supposed to come with free galaxy buds. I received the phone but no earbuds that came. Been calling them every day in the past month but no one can really help me. I followed the instructions on how to claim the earbuds on their website but their website just keeps on going blank after logging in to your Samsung account. Agents even their supervisors keep on saying it's my internet connection and my device that has a problem but I have tried my 2 other phones, my iPad, tablet and MacBook but it's all the same; it just goes blank after logging in. Their agent just keeps on passing me to different agents and hotline number and always been on hold for more than an hour every time I call. Super s#!**y service for a prestigious brand. Will just be returning the phone. Too much hassle and poor customer service!

Really bad customer service

Bought some headphones as I figured they would be more legit than knock-offs from other big retailers
They didn't work properly
So I called Samsung and immediately got the run around. Spoke with 5 different people, each time having to start from scratch.
In the end they said as I didn't call in the 48 hour window from receiving them they can't refund or exchange. What???
Yes...that is correct. They sold me a defective product with their name on it from their Web site and they won't honour that.
So disappointing.
Buy elsewhere

Worst Customer Service in the World

I've been a customer for 15 years. Always bought my phones in the USA but now that I moved to Canada, I bought my first phone here, directly from Samsung and I'm afraid to say their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in life. It is just unbelievable. The representatives are extremely rude, have serious listening comprehension issues and will talk you down. Can't recommend Samsung. They have just lost one more loyal customer

Do not buy any Samsung phone

Do not buy any Samsung phone, the quality of the glass that they use for the screens have reduced drastically and are very fragile now. The only phone that I can remember that they had with good quality glass was on samsung galaxy S1. Avoid them at all cost, and don't throw away you hard earned $1500 +, even if they are in installments. Hopefully they do something about it.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, bought a brand new Samsung refrigerator and it stopped working 10 days later... Now 3 weeks later I still don't have a working fridge and no one has come to repair it. Samsung customer service is a nightmare to deal with... I've lost more in food then the unit is worth. Will never buy a Samsung product again ... Buyer beware ... Company does not stand behind product!!!

I'm not gonna say what everyone already…

I'm not gonna say what everyone already knows. But got me an s20 pluse and 5 months later sent it out 5 time and got it back worse or worser. They tell me you can send it out as many time's within 1 years. But they keep dicking around with the phone 8 bought and pay fore every month and s20 pluse is the worst phone ever. Had all of them up to the s20. Pluse. Worse every stay away or stay away from samsung. It's easier to sell you a phone for 2 years and screw u because they know u can send it back and all they do is change a cheeo battery and drive. But they do t know what there doing because if they did it wouldn't shut down and lot work. Don't forget the best of the best ya right. Pager's were better then this garage. What there gonna reply with sorry about your experience contact samsung at what evey number. Stay away therenoy that good anymore

One of the worst website

One of the worst website. Samsung is suppose to be one of the best high tech company and yet the website is terrible, so slow and at times it doesn't even work.

Worse customer service

Worse customer service. There is no service, they will ignore you. I sent email and called been over 10 days still did not resolve the problem. Don't buy Samsung if you expect good product and good service. They don't honour what they say.

Samsung is unfortunately experiencing a higher than normal call volume so they basically told me to just wait we'll email you.
