My husband and I recently commissioned a Level 3 Home Survey from Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. Once we decided to proceed, the process was seamless. The surveyor demonstrated great care in understanding our specific concerns regarding the property, and even reviewed our conveyancing documents in detail, providing thoughtful feedback.

On the day of the survey, the surveyor efficiently coordinated with the seller’s estate agent to arrange access, making the entire process hassle-free for us. After the survey, he took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and answered all of our questions.

The report, a comprehensive 77-page document, was delivered ahead of schedule, well within the promised timeframe of 4-5 days. The report was thorough, with clear photographs and detailed observations, and has been consistently praised by others who have reviewed it.

Very helpful, freindly and efficient service. All information regarding type of survey, cost, whats included etc was very informative. Survey was carried out within a week and verbal reporting was within 24 hrs and full written report was sent within a week of the survey. The report was comrehensive and detailed including photographs.

Richard was a great communicator and was always available on the phone to answer any questions, even before we had officially instructed Sanders Cobb.
The report came through in a timely fashion and was concise and easy to digest.
If i had any criticism at all, the costs could be a little cheaper, to favor using a local supplier rather than a national.
