Since I opened the account 2 years ago they lost almost 10%, plus they're taking the fee. So I think it's not acceptable -10%. When I asked them the reason they replied that it's because of the market. I think I will close the account soon.

I deposited additional fund via standing order from my bank on July 29 and still not reflecting on my dashboard until today (04Aug). i followed the instruction from the link they've send via whatsApp and they are still confused if that was previous or new deposit after I explained everything and even sent a copy of my deposit slip. Really frustrating. I will cancel my standing order for this investment.
