DO NOT ORDER!! I placed a order at the start of January and was told a top was out of stock and they was having shipping issues which they offered me a refund I agreed and have still not received a refund or the rest of my order and we are now in March. This company purely rips people off from there hard earned money and never sends orders out. They fail to respond to emails , they’re nothing but scammers .

Worst company for customer service.

After numerous emails no response. Quick enough to take your money but not to rectify the mistakes. Also refuse refunds.

Ordered a top and waited weeks, I emailed and got told that I was going to have to wait even longer due to delays unless I wanted a refund so I said I would prefer a refund, they got back to me with fast replies and said of course and it would be processed ASAP, however over a month later I still have not received any refund, I emailed and messaged a few times and on Instagram they have seen my messages but ignored!!

Im still waiting on my order! i ordered it on 16th Jan! I got a response apologising and saying they’ll notify the production team and to look out for my shipping details. it’s been a week and i haven’t had any further updates nor replies to any of my emails. From my last review i got a reply saying to email lizzie and i did! again no response! honestly one of the worst customer service i’ve ever had! I spent £55 and I still haven’t received anything! If you are going to buy please be aware that they might just take your money and never sent out the items!

My case arrived so quickly and I love it!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Took my money and sent only 2/3 phone cases, 1 of those being the wrong phone case! I now cannot get hold of anyone so i am left with 1 correct, 1 wrong and 1 which still has not turned up - months after ordering!

I ordered 3 cases around 10 weeks ago! Then got sent the wrong case and one was missing, to which I was told would be sorted it’s been about 3-4 weeks and heard nothing. After emailing many times there was no response. That’s over £40 of my money they have taken without providing the correct products!!

I ordered my phone case a month ago and still have not even received confirmation is shipping. I have emailed several times to resolve this and nothing has been done. Very disappointed

Please do not use this company ordered 2 phone cases £55.00 mid December. Still nothing mid February all generic emails PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a case and the delivery was great and loved the case. I found the price a bit ridiculous especially because i wouldn’t say it was top quality. After 2 months the case layers actually fell apart like they were stuck with glue? Wasn’t to happy especially because i hadn’t dropped my phone / the case.

I got my case a couple of months ago and I love it!! I get so many compliments on it asking where it’s from. Also I’m in California and it came from the U.K. and it didn’t take too long to arrive either :) definitely going to order again! It’s also really sturdy and protective

Ordered a case 9th January, never got any confirmation that it was posted. Waited 2 weeks then contacted them asking where it is for them to tell me it’s lost in post. Asked for a refund to which they say yes too on the 1st February still a week later I have no refund and no one is answering my emails, I get there is a delay but this is a joke.
