These earrings are beautiful and elegant! I got a navy pair and for my daughter’s birthday a gold pair. I consider these earrings as a keepsake in my family.

Hi Crystal,
We're very sorry to hear this. We reviewed your order and can confirm that your cancellation request was received and your full refund was initiated on June 21, 2026, the same day we received your request. The refund was issued to your original payment method, and a refund confirmation email was sent to the email address provided with your order.

Gorgeous earrings
Gorgeous earrings! Customer service was amazing. Had a slight issue w shipping, reached out via email and a real person replied in less than 5 minutes. Fixed the issue and overnighted my order for a wedding I was attending that weekend. Very helpful and responsive. Great company, will buy from them again! Thank you!

Amazing Customer Service
I've never received the customer service that I did from Saule in my entire life. I purchased a pair of earrings that ended up causing my ears some irritation. I reached out to Saule and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to secure a special type of earring that causes no issues to my ears.

I am always very happy with every piece I buy from Saule. This time was no exception (necklace is very beautiful. The only problem (this is the first time this has happened) is that the shipment took two weeks to arrives I didn't receive the necklace on timeout I suspect it's not Saule's fault:)

Picked up the Jet Petite Earrings in White Heron as a gift and I’m really impressed. They look clean and sharp in person. The white color stands out without being flashy, and the size is just right. Not too big, not tiny. As usual, Saule goes above and beyond
