The necklace is beautiful
The necklace is beautiful. However, I did not realize it would arrive COD as I’m in Canada. Was easily half of the value of the necklace. That was a big shock.

Product is excellent and wife is…
Product is excellent and wife is pleased.
Ordered on 7/26/23
Received email on 7/28/23 stating order was on it's way with a tracking number and I thought it said delivery on 8/1/23.
Received email on 8/7 said it was out for delivery.
Would have been better not to receive an email about it being shipped until it was actually shipped.
Otherwise nicely done.

Resposta da Saulė Label
Dear Brian,
Thank you for your kind words, we're thrilled to learn that you and your wife are pleased with our product.
We wholeheartedly apologize for any confusion and delay caused by the shipping notifications. We understand that receiving notifications about the shipment before it is dispatched can lead to uncertainty.
We also recognize that, despite our best efforts, our small team may encounter occasional operational challenges that could lead to minor delays in preparing orders for shipment. Your understanding during such instances is truly appreciated.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the shipping timeline becomes subject to their operational efficiency, which unfortunately, we cannot directly control. However, we take full responsibility for any lapses on our end that may have contributed to the situation.
Please rest assured that your feedback is driving us to enhance our processes and communication.
We look forward to the opportunity to serve you again and provide an improved shopping experience.
Warm regards,
Saulė Team
