We were complete novices
We were complete novices. The guy from Sauna Timber helped us chose products and advice on quantity. We were nervous about spending so much money with a company that we weren’t familiar with. This guys was so trustworthy and helpful. We wouldn’t have been able to complete our sauna project without him. Thank you for all your help.

Product, Customer Service, Delivery Reliability- were all exemplary
Website is very clear and easy to use. The people I spoke to (Andrei and Ivona) were informed helpful friendly and above all efficient. The product arrived in immaculate condition when they said it would arrive and was exactly as described. Would unreservedly recommend this company.
