This is a brilliant company making the best knives in the world. I didn't know I could get nerdy about my kitchen knives, but I am now a man obsessed with them. The team is a joy to deal with, and a visit to their Wiltshire factory is well worth the time.

My Savernake knife collection is growing and I wanted a new sharpening steel to a) go with and b) meet the standard of my knives. I am delighted with this steel, which is much more effective than my older one and with 2-3 light strokes per side fixes the blade sharpness every time.

Whilst the product is great (honing steel), I did email the company after placing my order to ask if they could send it without it requiring age verification (as it's not a knife). Unfortunately that didn't happen so my kids couldn't receive the package and I had to mess around to get it.

A very quick delivery wasnt expecting it so quick. This is my second order from savernake knives and both times i have been disappointed. My boyfriend is a chef and he loves the knives so i tend to buy them for christmas

The BEST knife I’ve owned. I have a few top knives, global, all day goods, wusthof. They’re really good, but this knife is amazing. Perfectly balanced, beautiful to look and and most of all razor and I mean razor sharp. It’s the go to knife for everyone in the house now which annoys me! It’s mine! All mine!
