Very Disappointing

Very Disappointing. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
I only ordered 2 Pairs of shorts,and after a 3 week wait, I had an e mail to say I would have TWO Seperate deliveries because it was TOO HEAVY!!.
I Then had to wait a further 2 weeks to get my delivery.
The quality is POOR TOO.
Have since had a response, offering a Full refund, for which I am awaiting receipt.
Beware!!

I have CONSTANTLY told this SHOCKING…

I have CONSTANTLY told this SHOCKING ALARMING company to remove my personal data and cease sending emails. They reply with generic emails saying I can unsubscribe at the bottom of the SCAM emails I received. There is NO unsubscribe option. I must have sent 30 emails and most have been ignored. I have sent a formal complaint and I got the same generic reply telling me to unsubscribe. It is a complete disgrace and they are breaking the law. I contacted the ICO and also seeking further assistance from various bodies. PLEASE do not chance this company

Still not received my order 5weeks…

Still not received my order 5weeks (donot order from this firm )they told me they would resend it but nothing has arrived and trying to send email is a waste of time it keeps coming back not sent 0/10

Allow for shipment time

A Great Boon

Product was as described. My tool cupboard had no light which meant I had to fumble with a torch. My wife has a large wardrobe (don't they all?) again, without light. Now as soon as either of us opens either door - instant light. Perfect.

Product very poor quality

Product very poor quality, cheap rubbish. Nothing like the sales advert which convinced me to buy. Overpriced for the junk that actually arrived.

Smart Sensor Magnetic LED light a great buy

Bought Smart Sensor Magnetic Rechargeable LED Lights they are excellent and great value. Perfect in my dark broom cupboard and my wardrobes no batteries to change and no switches to forget also because they are attached by magnets you can take them down if you need light elsewhere for a torch.
Really recommend I bought some more for my daughters home so pleased with them

Not Trustworthy

This company advertised a product and sent me a different type. I re order the same product then receive a smaller version of the product but one less than advertised still paying the same amount. After complaining I was told that I got what I ordered a lie. They offered an insulting £3.00 refund. Not a company you can trust and thier 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke

Good looking watch, but watch face...

The watch looks good, but the watch face has sharp edges and the metal band also feels cheap with rough, sharp edges and a poor finish. Navigation on the watch is impressive and easy. However, the packaging was not as shown in the ad. I hope this honest review helps.

I purchased 5 of the sensor magnetic…

I purchased 5 of the sensor magnetic led lights. Items received are nothing like advert. Very flimsy and not good quality. Contacted customer service who were very apologetic and received a full refund.

I received 2 X smart sensor lights on…

I received 2 X smart sensor lights on 3/1/26.
One of which is broken.
I have tried different email addresses, for returns, but not having any luck.
Would you kindly let me have details of your returns address so that I can return the damaged item for refund.
