Due to our artists' pursuit of extreme precision and detail, some pieces may lack very fine textures and might be mistaken for prints at first glance. We encourage you to carefully examine the canvas and appreciate the subtle variations in brushstrokes and textures unique to handcrafted art.

Regarding Our Location and Returns:

While we serve art lovers worldwide, our main studio and logistics center are currently located in China. This allows us to work directly with artists, ensuring the accessibility of handcrafted art. We understand that international return shipping costs may be a burden for you.

Our 30-day refund policy is absolutely genuine, and we fully intend to honor it.

We have shipped the painting, and it is currently on its way to you. Our hope is that you might consider seeing the artwork in person. Often, the texture, depth, and true quality of a hand-painted piece can be difficult to capture in a photograph.

First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and distress this situation has caused. You are absolutely right to be upset. The lack of communication regarding your order's status is unacceptable and falls far short of the standard of service we strive to provide.

We are very sorry that our silence led you to believe this might be a fraudulent transaction and caused you to contact your bank. That is a serious concern, and we take it to heart.

I have personally looked into your order and can confirm that your painting has been shipped. The good news is that tracking information shows it is scheduled for delivery within the next two days.

To answer your question directly, we want to assure you that every painting we offer is 100% hand-painted by a professional artist. We do not use any form of compression or printing. The time it takes for our artists to create a unique piece by hand is what led to the initial delay, but we completely failed by not keeping you updated on that progress. For that, we are truly sorry.

We know this experience has been deeply frustrating, but we are confident that the quality and craftsmanship of the artwork you receive will speak for itself. We hope you will give us a chance to restore your faith in our company once the painting arrives.
