For about a week now, I haven’t been able to transfer the funds from my broker and overnight accounts to my bank account, and they haven’t been able to find a solution or provide an answer. I have no choice but to file a complaint with BAFIN. Please check to see if you’re experiencing the same issues when you try to withdraw your funds. Something’s off here—how can a financial institution fail to resolve a withdrawal issue for an entire week?

Sehr verständliche App, schönes Design, schnelle Funktionsfähigkeit.
Einzelnes Makel: die bearbeitung der steuerID hat ziemlich lange gedauert.
Ein Kundenchat wär ganz hilfreich. Der Bot war keine große Hilfe.

Schneller Support und super Broker.

Gute Zinsen auch für Bestandskunden auf Tagesgeld (2,6 %}, jedoch dauert bei Altienverkauf auch frühmorgens um 7.30 Uhr am Wochentag die Abrechnung mit dem Ziel des Übertrags auf das Tagesgeldkonto einfach zu lange!!! Es dauert stets 1-2 Banktage, was einfach viel zu lange ist im Vergleich z.B. mit der ING Diba, die kann das am selben Tag innerhalb weniger Stunden! Deshalb nur 3 Sterne!!

Non contattarli mai. Il tuo account potrebbe essere chiuso in qualsiasi giorno senza motivazioni adeguate.

Finde die app sehr unübersichtlich. Kann meine IBAN nicht finden. Habe jetzt 2 Festgeldkonten, obwohl ich nach erster Anzahlung eigentlich nur aufstocken wollte am selben Tag.

Assistenza inesistente. Se provi a chiedere supporto, l'unica cosa che trovi è un bot che non sa nulla e ti chiede di scrivere tramite email, peccato che dopo aver scritto l'email ti arriva una loro risposta dove ti indicano il ticker della richiesta e finisce li. Stai per giorni e giorni senza avere nessun tipo di riscontro. Non basta il regime amministrato se poi non risolvete nessuno tipo di problema o non date nessun tipo di supporto ai clienti.

Il sistema è un po' povero rispetto ai suoi competitor diretti. Le tariffe sono abbastanza allineate. L'unico aspetto positivo è che finalmente forniscono il regime amministrato anche in italia.

Der Kundenservice ist miserabel, nach einem Monat sind die zwei Kinderkonten immer noch nicht freigegeben. Für meine 13-jährige Tochter verlangen sie doch tatsächlich einen Familienstandsänderungsnachweis!!!! Den Reisepass halten sie für „inkorrekt“, sagen sie. So viel zu Scalable – alles KI, und niemand schaut mehr wirklich drauf.

Update der Bewertung aufgrund deutlicher Verbesserung!

Meiner letzten Bewertung (Licht und Schatten) kann man entnehmen, dass ich zu Beginn 2024 nicht sehr zufrieden war.
Daran hat sich grundlegendes geändert!
Seitdem die Zusammenarbeit mit der Baader Bank beendet wurde, ging es spürbar aufwärts.
Der Kundendienst antwortet wieder deutlich schneller auf etwaige Anliegen. Die Transaktionsgeschwindigkeit hat deutlich zugenommen, Zinsen werden fair weitergegeben, neben Echtzeitüberweisungen sind auch die meisten Dividenden direkt am Morgen der Ausschüttung auf dem Verrechnungskonto, so muss das sein.
Außerdem werden seit heute kostenfreie Tax Voucher für Ausschüttungen aus der Schweiz bereitgestellt, ein weiteres zuvor angekündigtes Feature, bei dem ein Versprochen gehalten wurde.

Nach einem Depotübertrag zu Scalable wurde eine Bonus zugesagt und ein Termin für die Auszahlung des Bonus zugesagt. Der Termin wurde nicht eingehalten. Auf e-mail-Nachfrage kam eine Antwort erst nach Wochen. Ich wurde mit einer vagen Terminantwort vertrösted. Der Bonus ist bis heute nicht auf meinem Konto eingegangen.

Steer well clear of this "bank" if you want access to your money! All said and done. Opening the account is ok. Verifying a current account seems easy too. So they list it as verified for a few days, let you transfer money in and out so you are comfortable to fund the account and next... They decide your current account is not valid because your bank uses initials instead of your full first name. Never mind the identical initials, family name, address, date of birth and registered address. Supposedly this is easily solved by making a 0.01 transfer, but they have already blocked the account, so the money goes into their custody account and is supposedly returned to the sending account within 3 days. That remains to be seen, but whatever. In the meantime, you can no longer transfer money out, not even to the account it was sent from. Internal SC transfers only.

I am not sure how on earth this company got their banking license, but will investigate. Fortunately, I worked with European banking and securities regulators for decades, so I will reach out to my contacts to file an official complaint for non-compliance with EU banking regulations, breaches of KYC and AML directives and customer protection laws.

Do yourself a favour, do NOT under any circumstances send money into an account with this "bank". Stick with reputable institutions instead.
