Scalable Capital Avaliações 

I have been a customer of Scalable Capital since February 2023 and upgraded to the Prime+ membership in June 2026. Unfortunately, I have experienced several issues that have raised concerns about the reliability of the platform and its customer service.

One of my main concerns is the calculation of transaction fees. I have experienced situations where I invested more than €250 in an ETF (via EIX) but was still charged a €0.99 transaction fee, despite my understanding of the Prime+ conditions.

What concerns me even more is that I have experienced similar issues with my child's account. Investments of more than €250 in eligible Prime ETFs have also apparently been charged a transaction fee. This makes me question whether there may be a broader issue with the system's fee calculation rather than an isolated incident.

I have also experienced problems with my savings plan payment method. I changed my payment method from direct debit from my N26 a/c to my Scalable Capital clearing account, and the new method worked correctly for some time. However, this time, the system later unexpectedly attempted to take the money from my N26 account again, despite my previous settings.

This was particularly frustrating because I was not expecting the money to be taken from that account and now face penalties from N26 as a result, really!!

I understand that technical or human errors can happen. However, when a financial platform is responsible for handling customers' investments and assets, I believe that transaction fees and payment instructions must be processed accurately and reliably.

The most disappointing part of my experience has been the lack of communication. I have previously contacted customer support through the app regarding these issues but did not receive a response.

The amounts involved may not always be significant, but the principle is important! Every fee and every transaction involves the customer's money, and customers should be able to trust that the platform will apply its own conditions correctly!

I hope Scalable Capital will investigate these issues properly, improve its customer support, and correct and refund any fees that have been charged incorrectly.

I would be happy to update this review if I receive a proper response and a satisfactory resolution.

Habe fast 300.000€ über den Broker investiert. Bei so einem Betrag hat man nicht mal einen richtigen Ansprechpartner oder ordentlichen Kundenservice.

Meine adressänderung war wohl zu viel für den Support und somit muss ich nun den Broker wechseln.

Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Mit den Spreads lässtes sich auch leben und, vor Allem finde ich das Tagesgeld spitze

The experience in the App has been good, but the customer service is unhelpful and intransparent. I moved to another country and provided them with my rental and work contracts, the payslips of the last 3 months and the official registration documents. They tell me these documents are not sufficient to change my tax residence (which btw has been changed months ago by the German tax authorities) and despite repeated messages, I have not received further instructions on how to resolve the situation.

Ottima piattaforma broker per investimenti. Costi di transazione minimi (0.99 euro a transazione). Vasta disponibilità di ETF, etc, singole azioni... Oltre alla recente possibilità di usufruire del conto deposito non vincolato, ottimo per avere remunerazione sulla liquidità (ad oggi al 2.5%, secondo tassi BCE). Interfaccia facile, intuitiva, loro cliente da circa 3 anni e mai avuto problemi, rispondono subito e in maniera completa. In regime dichiarativo, ma forniscono un rendiconto fiscale dettagliato che aiuta tantissimo nella dichiarazione (basta praticamente fare copia/incolla).

Meiner Meinung nach nicht empfehlenswert. Depot gekündigt aufgrund der nicht passenden Staatsangehörigkeit trotz dauerhaften (unbefristeten) Aufenthalt in der EU. Meine Aktien soll ich jetzt schnell übertragen oder veräußern, weil das ja der Gedanke eines Depots ist, die Aktien mit Verlust zu verkaufen. Ich empfinde sowas als unseriös und schädigend.

Nach langjähriger Depotführung wurde ich ohne Gründe einfach gekündigt.

Ich finde die App zu unübersichtlich und zu verschachtelt. Es fühlt sich nicht besonders anwenderfreundlich an. Man braucht schon eine lange Zeit um sich zurechtzufinden. Es sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.

Positiv zu erwähnen ist der Tagesgeldzins von aktuell 2,5%.
Ansonsten gibt es aber leider Schatten:
- Scalable schafft es immer noch keine Tax Vouchers für Schweizer Aktien auszustellen. Diese ermöglichen es bei anderen Depotbanken, die 20% an einbehaltener Quellensteuer von den Schweizer Behörden zurückzufordern. Scalable hatte bereits im Mai 2025 auf X.com versprochen, Tax Vouchers zeitnah anbieten zu wollen, aber über ein Jahr später ist nichts passiert! Die Schweiz verfügt über großartige börsennotierte Unternehmen, die solide wirtschaften und regelmäßig Dividenden zahlen. Scalable-Kunden sollten hier nicht benachteiligt werden.
- Es wird einem schwierig gemacht, den Kundenservice schriftlich zu erreichen. Man muss sich erst mit dem KI-Chatbot herumschlagen, und man wird oft selbst mit offensichtlichen Anweisungen an den Bot nicht an die Funktion weitergeleitet, eine Nachricht an den Service zu schreiben. Und wenn man erstmal so weit ist, dann ist das Eingabefeld klein und nur 1000 Zeichen lang. Was es bräuchte - eine direkte Möglichkeit, komfortabel eine Nachricht an den Service zu verfassen.

Conto semplice da aprire, facile da usare e acquisti di azioni ed etf ad un prezzo molto basso. L’unica pecca che spero si risolva presto è l’assenza del regime amministrato.

Einfsche Regierung, Tolles Ux , sehr übersichtlich auch eine gute Desktop-Version. Ich finde die Trennung für Tagesgeld und Broker ideal. Gute Analyse der ETFs und Aktien...

Kann es jedem nur empfehlen...

Die Bedienung ist einfach und sehr Übersichtlich. Die Kosten sind ebenfalls herausragende niedrig
