Very nice app. Easy and clear to handle

Overall satisfying experience and easy to use. Only two things that would help improve further:
1. Joint Accounts- I really wish Scalable Capital would hurry up and implement this. Maintaining two accounts between spouses is annoying
2. Although the new Tagesgeld account is great- not being integrated to the normal account means I have to manually transfer money from one to the other before my Sparplan and get the timing right so it doesn't try to pull the money from my bank account

Super easy to setup an account and trade. The 2,5 Interest for the overnight account with monthly payments is a plus. They keep up to date with the latest interest of their clients and provide informative videos on youtube.

Habe sowohl Broker als auch Tagesgeld im Einsatz. Alles läuft super! Bin total begeistert und habe auch schon Familienmitglieder geworben welche ebenfalls top zufrieden sind. Liebes Scalable Team bitte macht weiter so.

Bislang war es eine sehr gute App, die Investitionssummen sind sichtbar und nachvollziehbar. Die Auszahlung, klappt problemlos.
Vor allem finde ich es vorteilhaft, dass ich auch mit kleinen Summen investieren kann. Es gibt ja Menschen die nicht so viel Handgeld haben, daher ist der Vorteil hier, eine Mindestsumme, die man sich ersparen kann. Natürlich dauert es dann länger bis der Anteil an einem ETF wächst, doch irgendwann ist es soweit.

Manche ETF sind nicht ertragreich, etliche aber doch. Das wechseln auf andere ETF funktioniert gut.

Es gibt genug Erklärvideos, die einem durch die Materie helfen.
Ich bekomme grundsätzlich Mails, pünktlich die Abrechnungen und nichts ist versteckt. Gefällt mir. Ich bin seit 6 Jahren dabei.

Ich nutze das Tagesgeldkonto und bin sehr zufrieden. Alles läuft problemlos und auch der Kontakt läuft schnell und problemlos.

Alles Funktionen sind super. Bedienung kinderleicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität beim Sparen!

Ich bin mit allen Funktionen der Scalable App zufrieden. Aufbau und Struktur gefällt mir.
Ich habe alle Informationen, die für mich wichtig sind und habe bis jetzt keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht.

The UI is sadly quite unintuitive, i havent found a way of removing the overview of the "top products" or Cryptocurrency section, im interested in neither and do my own research before i invest in anything, therefore having these products take up 2/3rds of my screen is more than annoying.

Insight into some of the transaction details is also not as easy, while i appreciate seeing the course, its not really visible from a glance at what value i purchased and how much up/down percentage im currently at vs. the purchase value.

Similarly having to pay an extra fee to transmit money from my normal bank account with a 3 day wait period is almost making me want to switch back to my original Bank Account.

Scalable offers good value with the Tagesgeld 2,5% and 2% on the depot itself, but you really need to improve your UI for better visibility and easier management if you want to get more "casual" investors instead of "Crypto-Bro's"

Grundsätzlich positiv, es sind einige Funktionen, die verbessert werden könnten:
- Übersichtsansicht - bessere Zusammenfassung
- Performance Daten für Produkte
- Auszahlungen bei Auflösung von Produkten voll ausführen, sicher, wenn andere Sicherheiten vorhanden sind
- Kundenservice - zu viel Robot und AI Antworten anstatt Service Personal!

Scalable Capital è praticamente perfetta. Ma affinché possa diventare la numero 1 in assoluto, deve passare qui in Italia anche in Amministrato. Grazie.

Servizio chiaro, permette di effettuare l'acquisto di etf con pac comprandone anche delle semplici frazioni. Si può scegliere tra tantissimi etf. Inoltre adesso c'è anche la possibilità di avere un ottimo interesse per la liquidità presente sul conto. Lo uso da oltre un anno con grande soddisfazione.

Die App funktioniert öfters nicht oder hat gestörte Anzeigen wie z.B. heute.
Die stillschweigende Kürzung der Tagesgeldzinsen auf das Guthaben ist ebenfalls nicht erfreulich.

Die Entwickungen am Markt werden gut und verständlich abgebildet.

Bisher läuft alles einwandfrei.

Kontoeröffnung war schnell. App ist übersichtlich und einfach bedienbar. Auch Handy-Wechsel klappte nach Anweisung auf Homepage ohne Probleme. Homepage ist gut gestaltet. Das Einzige was mich wirklich ärgert, auf dem Verrechnungskonto gibt's keine Zinsen mehr. Da ich schon bei einer anderen Bank bereits ein Tagesgeldkonto habe, möchte ich kein neues eröffnet. Wirklich schade. Ich hoffe, das ändert sich wieder.
