I also loved the necklace I purchased; it’s such a statement piece and I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I’m so excited to try on the shirts next. I love the top i bought as it is so comfy! It felt supper flattering and good quality. The people running the scandivv support were so kind and helpful. I cant wait to buy some more tops here after my birthday.

I ordered from Scandivv because, based on the name and branding, I genuinely thought it was a Scandinavian good quality jewlery firm. Well… apparently not.

My doubts started when I received an email from YunExpress, a Chinese shipping company. The package also looked like it had come straight from a SHEIN/AliExpress-type marketplace rather than from a supposedly Scandinavian higher quality jewelry brand.

When the jewelry arrived, I was very disappointed with the quality. It feels very cheap and absolutely does not justify the price.

The return process has also been unnecessarily manual and inconvenient. I was initially instructed to send the return with DDP and complete a customs declaration, even though I was returning the package from Germany to the Netherlands, both within EU. I had to point this out myself before they confirmed that the customs/ DDP requirements did not apply in my case.

On top of that, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Sending a small tracked parcel from Germany to the Netherlands cost me around €15.

Overall, the whole experience did not match what I expected from the branding or the price point. If you're ordering from outside the Netherlands, I would especially think twice before purchasing, as returning the items can become surprisingly expensive and inconvenient...

I really had high hopes for this brand, but save ur time and don't buy...

I genuinely bought from Scandivv because of the story behind the brand. The whole “born in a tiny apartment in Amsterdam” story gave me the impression that I was supporting a small, thoughtfully created brand with something genuinely special to offer.
Unfortunately, my actual experience was very different.
And just to be clear, I’m not assuming where the clothes are made. The garment tag literally says “Made in China.” That was quite surprising considering the way the brand presents itself and the premium prices they charge.
The clothes themselves are honestly nothing particularly unique. They look like pieces you could easily find on ASOS or even Shein for a fraction of the price. So I’m genuinely struggling to understand what justifies the price point.
Then came the sizing issue. The sizing was off, so I had to return one of the items. The return address is in the Netherlands and the return fee was €20 for ONE T shirt. €20. For a single T shirt.

I actually kept the dress because I was too scared to find out what returning two items would cost me. I’ll never be able to look at that dress again without thinking a side of financial TRAUMA!!

For the price, I expected better quality, better sizing, or at the very least something that felt genuinely different.
Instead, I got overpriced pieces, a sizing issue, a “Made in China” tag and a €20 return fee.
Maybe Scandivv started as a cute Amsterdam bedroom story, but as a customer today, that’s simply not the experience I had.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again. Save your money and check ASOS first. You’ll likely find the same aesthetic for much less.

Very bad/cheap quality of the clothing, it is all stretchy and i don’t really think it is “cotton” like they described. The jewellery is a bit better.

The quality of the items is appalling and the customer service is awful. All 4 of the items I brought broke after ONE wear! I complained and have had terrible correspondence offering the replacement of one item multiple times- when 4 of my products are faulty. All I ask for is a refund and under consumer laws I am entitled to it but they ignore and refuse to refund or allow a return. AVOID
