Scandivv has such an amazing selection of unique jewelry and clothes. The jewelry doesn’t tarnish and wears so beautifully. I will most definitely be ordering here again!

I was very disappointed with the Rune Necklace I received. I completely understand that natural pearls can vary in shape and size, but my concern was the overall design: the three pearls on my necklace are arranged in a very obvious smiley-face pattern, which looks significantly different from the irregular, elegant design shown in the product photos.

Scandivv offered a refund only if I returned the necklace at my own expense. A tracked return from Italy would cost a substantial proportion of the €30.60 purchase price, and they declined both a prepaid return label and a refund without return.

This is particularly disappointing because the other items in my order were beautiful and matched the website photos well. Unfortunately, the way this issue was handled has changed my overall impression of the brand.

The brand itself is amazing and has wonderful staple jewlery and the perfect day-to-day pieces. The quality is also very good, ive had some pieces for more than a year and they still look as good as new! Delivery service is another wonder; very efficient and delivers always in time 🤗

Bought a necklace for my daughter for a Christmas present costing over £34. She's worn it only a handful of times as it's a statement piece and on Saturday the whole jewel fell off whilst wearing it unbeknown to her. Complained to Julia the sales representative and was offered a £5.40 credit which covers absolutely nothing. I won't be buying from them again and will advise anyone against paying inflated prices for poor quality costume jewellery.

Genuinely such an amazing company and the quality of there products is insane. I wear my jewellery 24/7 and it has never rusted or tainted. Robin is doing incredible things over at Scandivv and can’t wait to see what future things they release. 10/10 recommend for all the jewellery queens out there wanting to elevate there jewellery stack xx

The items were great, and even though it took a little longer to ship to the US, they gave reassuring emails about the process and about how to take care of the pieces once they came. It made the experience feel more special to me as someone who doesn’t mind getting emails from brands.

I placed an order for two tops and I couldn’t be happier! The material and quality is gorgeous and they look so flattering on. I’m a fuller bust girl so struggle to find cute tops that work for me but honestly these look so flattering and make me feel 10/10. The cup size is a little smaller for my size but I don’t think it affects how it looks at all - I feel great and confident!

Also the customer service was lovely too - very prompt and friendly replies so that makes allll the difference.

It was a great purchase experience. All the pieces are water resistant and after some time they still look very good. They were shipped quickly and the owner of the brand seems very kind and invested in if you like the pieces. I like every single piece i own of Scandivv, I would really recommend buying there!
