BEWARE!

I ordered from Scandivv a few weeks ago, and unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish.

My package arrived much later than expected, and none of my emails were answered. I only received a response after contacting them via Instagram, where they were clearly active.

When the package finally arrived, I was honestly shocked. The packaging felt so cheap, and all of the clothing had a strong chemical smell when I opened it.

The quality is nowhere near what you would expect for the price. Every clothing item I ordered has multiple stitching defects. For a brand charging premium prices and presenting itself as a high-end Scandinavian label, I expected much better quality and workmanship.

To make matters worse, when I finally received a response to my complaint, it was obvious that my email hadn't even been read properly, as most of the issues I raised were simply ignored.

Overall, this company seems to spend far more effort on marketing than on product quality or customer service. Based on my experience, I absolutely can't recommend ordering from them.

Robin seems so precious & sweet. She makes the absolute best jewelry ever!! I got my first piece as a gift and then it inspired me to get other pieces for gifts and for me too!!!

I was sent a necklace absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. I sent them a photo and all they would do is tell me to return the item at my own cost for a refund. Awful customer service!
