I purchased a Scentiment diffuser less than a year ago that recently stopped working. The unit powers on, but it no longer diffuses.
I contacted Scentiment support and followed their troubleshooting process, including sending a video showing the issue. After several follow-ups and long delays between responses, I was eventually told the diffuser was outside their 6-month warranty and that my only option was a 25% discount to buy another unit.
The problem is that Scentiment publicly advertises something very different.
In a support video on their official YouTube channel, they state:
“Your diffuser is protected by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and if you're a fragrance subscriber you'll enjoy an extended 2-year warranty.”
That statement is very clear. When a company advertises a warranty like this, customers reasonably expect it to be honored.
I shared this information with their support team and asked them to review the situation, but after days waiting, I have not received any response addressing the discrepancy.
I’ve spent over $1,000 on Scentiment products in the past year, so this experience has been disappointing. I would have preferred for the company to simply stand behind the warranty they publicly promote.
At this point, I’m sharing this so other customers understand the difference between the warranty that is advertised and the one that appears to be enforced by support.
If Scentiment chooses to resolve the issue, I would gladly update this review.

Diffusers stop connecting to internet,goes through a bottle of oil in a week on lowest setting.Then stops working altogether.Canceled subscription before it shipped and they shipped anyway and won’t do refund. Worst Customer service

Excellent product. After researching diffusers we decided on Scentiment due to excellent reviews. Easy to set up and it fills our entire house with a refreshing scent. We have a dog that can be messy at times but since plugging in the diffuser we no longer have the smell of a wet dog in the house. Highly recommended and gets 5 stars!

I would think not twice but five times before ordering anything from this company. I’ve been dealing with them since December to ship my order to me. It is now March. With plenty of exchanges emails, they keep telling me they are escalating the issue but with absolutely no resolve. This is a highly incompetent company.

The expensive 100 diffuser broke after 20 minutes of use and the scents are WAY TOO STRONG - instant headache. A device that is $100 should not break after 20 minutes of use!!’ They wanted me to send it back to get another one instead of sending me a refund

Love the diffuser and the scents. I was given the large diffuser as a gift and just ordered the mini and more scents. The large diffuser sends a nice scent throughout my house, not overbearing but very pleasant. I can't wait to receive my mini 😍 I love that the scents are pet friendly

I ordered this product by accident and I immediately called them to cancel the order I was sent an email confirmation saying that my order was fully canceled and it will take 3-5 days then after that it depends on my bank to release the funds to me this order was on 2/10/26 we are in March so I called today and was told that they were sorry and with in 24 hours they were going to be fully refunded me and they were going to send me a confirmation email about the refund and 35 dollar gift card to my email and still nothing I will never make that mistake again with this company.

Horrible "celeb" endorsement! I WAS going to put it in an order but NOT NOW!
Cardi B saying she uses it when she smokes ( presumably marijuana bc she mimicks in a way to infer this) in her car?!?! She has at least 2 if not 3 small children. I think I heard something about her having a baby w- a footballer that fathers children like a feral dog.
She's trash and I am completely turned off from doing business with this company.
Reading these reviews I can see that "birds of a feather" bc while ppl report they like the product, customer service, shipping, cc charges are very problematic

This is my third year of doing business with this awesome company, I have the large diffuser and the mini. My favorite is Ocean Breeze. It makes my whole house smell wonderful

My daughter ordered me a Scentiment diffuser for Christmas. They were back ordered so it arrived the first week in January. (Understandably as it was Christmas) She told me that she got a promotion which came with two (a large one and a small one) so she got herself one. When the shipment arrived it only had the one diffuser and 3 samples for over $150.
Today March 2nd we received 3 samples in the mail and realized that she was signed up for auto ship. When we looked into her statement, she was charged $52 on Jan 15 and $52 on Feb 17. When I called to speak to customer service they said they are on back order and the shipment we received today was from January. The shipment from February should be shipped this week. When I asked to cancel it since it hasn't been shipped yet, they said no, that is against policy since we are signed up for auto ship. Even though it hasn't already shipped. I asked to ship it back to get a refund and they will only give a store credit. This is one of the worst customer service companies I have dealt with. I don't recommend them. The scents are very strong, they actually give me a headache.

I have all the products that they offer and the smallest defuser broke and the customer service is the worse, I spent over 150 dollars in oils every month and what they offer was a 20% discount the diffuser don’t event have a year, this company is a joke I’m switching to home luxury at least they value their customers and if there’s a problem with the product they will take care of there customer, you just lost a customer
