How about just being honest about the order time frame? As far as I know this order will arrive at some point in 2025.... maybe. Thats a problem when your customers are paying +$1200 for a grill and we get a thanks for your money and radio silence.

What made my experience great is that over the weekend you were sold out of the bonus package for the Schwank. When logging in today, we saw that it had been restocked. You've made my husband's Christmas. Thank you!

Well I felt like something’s were misleading in their advertisements but it’s that time of year. I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone but my message was returned within Hours. I was disappointed that the grill was not available to ship out with in 48 hrs as indicated. I already made my purchase, I was offered a refund but I decided to pay extra for quick delivery. My son has a BDay on the 21 of December, so I was glad we could resolve the matter. I know he really wants this grill.

Amazing product. Restaurant quality steaks and so easy to use. But one of the most impressive things is the build quality and the ability to put all the cooking surfaces in the dishwasher. It comes apart and goes back together so easily. Perfectly engineered and wonderfully overbuilt.

Fast and easy

Great grill. You can cook a steak in less than 5 minutes. It's pricey but worth every penny. Safer than a traditional grill that has the heating elements under the food because there less chance for flare ups.

Wonderful grill. Incredibly happy with the performance. However not so happy with the stand. I had believed it was a custom stand designed for the Schwank Grill. It’s an overpriced third party product. This should be more predominantly disclosed so other buyers don’t make this mistake. I could easily get a third party stand that would suit my purpose much better at a better price. Feel like I was cheated a bit on this as I only buy bundles like this if they are custom and designed for the core product. Anyways too late.

My order had sat in 'processing' for over a week so I reached out to customer service for an update, as this was a Christmas gift and I wanted to confirm whether I needed to make alternate arrangements. I got a prompt response with the standard 'high volume of orders, we're working on it'. When I replied again to ask specifically if this order would be shipped/delivered in time for xmas, the response was "I’m not sure at this point if it will ship before Christmas. We're working as fast as we can". I would expect if a company who ran a holiday promotion for gifting, cannot fulfill orders in time for their product to be gifted for said Holiday, they would have communicated such so people weren't wasting their time (and money) and risking a hefty disappointment come Christmas morning. I'm now $$ and left scrambling for a plan B. Not the experience I was hoping for this holiday. Really disappointing.
Updated - while I appreciate the response to this review, a ‘free item’ (grill cover) was offered for the inconvenience, but was never actually included in the shipment once I received the grill 3 months later. Disappointment remains lol.

The product showed up in two boxes and the video helps walk you throw each step of the way. It is a lot of pieces and you will want to have own hex style screw driver but the finish product was worth the assembly time. Took about 3 hours.

Many thanks to Andrew for helping me to complete the order process ! This is a Christmas gift for my son who loves beef steaks. With this grill, he completes his equipments, therefore, we won't need to go any steak house any more! Thanks, Andrew!

Awesome product! A little learning curve to get burgers and steak to your preference, but once ye get dialed in they are perfect. "If you have the means, I highly suggest you get one"-Ferris Bueller

High Quality piece of grilling equipment, 62 pounds, rugged and well built. Totally portable as well. Raise the grate up to the top to Sear the steak like a high end steak house and leave the inside however you want, Remove after searing 1 to 2 min for rare, lower and leave on longer for med to well done. once you get the timing down it could not be easier. High Quality build.

Such an amazing grill and the quality is unmatched. The grill comes fully assembled and ready to go. Schwank put so much thought into this grill that any beginning cook can make perfect steaks, seafood and chicken. I prepared Filet's the first night we received the grill and my wife said it was better than any high end steakhouse we have eaten at. This grill is absolutely worth the money. Buy it now.

just wanted to purchase another grill handle

I ordered the stand to put my grill on and have not received it. Paid for it last August and was told it would ship in October. It's November and I've not seen it or heard anything from Schwank.
