I didnt like the fact that half they things i ordered. You didn't have after me paying for them and for shipping. Also the price did not added up when you sent me a refund if what use disnt send me.

Never got my order then emailed saying they had damaged stock

Incorrect item recieved

The seal was broken on 3 items. Order was supplemented without any notice with something I didn’t want. Delivery took longer than expected and I haven’t heard from customer service since I emailed about my order being wrong.

My order never arrived and no one has replied to my query

Ordered 22nd of August, no sign of delivery or even shipment, money taken but nothing sent. Received email response after 2nd attempt saying they are on way that was Tuesday and still no shipping notification. Very disappointed

I didn’t realise when ordering that it would take quite so long for the products to be made up and delivered!

Yeah they got delayed always take too long

Waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, then when it came three of the items were out of date by months, to top it off they are ignoring me now when I have contacted them on numerous platforms

Despite saying items are shipped in 1-2 days , my order took longer than that to reach me. Ordered on June 30 and received July 10th. Out of the 9 items received 5 were out of date, not by too much, but if I was in a shop and saw products on a shelf up to six months out of date I wouldn’t purchase them. I would probably make the retailer aware of the fact. It’s one thing buying out of date items at a reduced price and being aware of the fact , but ordering online I expect them to well in date. Really disappointing, especially when I like to support Irish businesses, even though they are selling non Irish goods, I still buy local rather then buying from an overseas company. I don’t think I will be buying again. Sorry!

My order came OUT OF DATE.. I’ve sent 2 emails and heard nothing back! Sent a polite email just asking for a new order and that I can send proof of the expiration date and have still heard nothing back.. so disappointed

I don’t think this is an active business anymore. I feel like I have purchased American candy from a damp garage. All items were out of date, which was not disclosed on the items I selected online, and many of them are water damaged. All of them are inedible. I was emailed by Stephen Wilde to say some items were out of stock. Replacement items were given for items out of stock, despite there being an inventory on their website showing how many of each item were available. I didn’t agree to the replacement items, and I would not have agreed to replacement items which have been out of date since January. I contacted Scran.ie for assistance by email and have been ignored. The website promises “Fast and Efficient Delivery” but it took 11 days for the order to arrive. From the positive reviews it seems ordering from Scran.ie is a gamble, not a guarantee. I would sincerely appreciate someone from Scran.ie reaching out to me to refund my transaction. If that happens I will edit my review accordingly.

Customer Care? 2 email enquiries, 2 messenger enquires regarding my order and 0 replies- not as “ dedicated to offering outstanding help and support” as stated. Also dispatch and delivery not as “fast and efficient” as started. So overall extremely disappointed with lack of communication and delivery timeframe promised.

I was very happy with my order. The products arrived well packed. They didn't have one of the items I ordered but they substituted it with 2 other products that were of a greater value.

Great price, great service and quick delivery. I will be ordering again soon.
