This kit was an ideal Christmas activity for any age we had a 8 , 15, 17, 40 and 50 year old doing this together. The steps by step instructions and videos were easy to follow. Plus all equipment, paints and glazed included. We have the gonks displayed all year round.

Our instructor went above and beyond to make our team feel comfortable. So knowledgeable and so fun to get our hands dirty!

I’ve always been interested in getting into pottery but classes near me are expensive and book up fast. I ordered the sculpt kit after getting an Instagram ad. I’m usually slightly skeptical of any targeted ads from unknown brands but this has truly been great. My order arrived quickly and was packaged well. I have been having a blast making small, beginner friendly pieces and the instruction cards with inspiration have been a big help. It’s so great to have all the tools included and the only extra thing I bought was a clay rolling pin! Absolutely takes some practice but loving what I’ve made so far. Will definitely be ordering more clay when I run out.

Really beautifully presented kits and clear instructions on how to use it all. I've bought the original Sculpd kit, extra clay and the candle varnish and I've absolutely loved creating different projects. Their Instagram is great for inspo too! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new hobby, or something creative to do with friends and family.

What a fabulous company. High quality products with very easy instructions and a huge amount of online videos to inspire you. We have made some candles and a gorgeous lamp which has spurred us into experimenting with more clay creations.
I could do this all day.

Sculpd was a delightful activity - we got a bunch of lovely little pots out of it. Worked shockingly well, will get again at some point!

Great air dry clay, it's a lot of fun to create with it! The customer service is also really friendly, I had issue with one delivery and they were super quick and efficient to fix the problem. Would recommend!

Ordered a pottery kit and didn't receive a delivery email for a few days emailed them telling them it was a Christmas present for the wife and I was currently away . And received an email 5 minutes later from Giles who sorted it all out and was due to the delivery company having a high demand. They put my delivery to express free of charge and had it shipped out the next day and it arrived a day after. They also upgraded my kit to have the paints too. One of the best customer services I have had with a company and the fastest reply time I’ve ever had.

After reading the reviews below I would just email them if you haven’t received your delivery because it’s the delivery company, Not Sculpd. From the email I received it’s the delivery company’s having trouble with high demand in parcels. But if you email Sculpd they will help you out.

Never respond to my emails. No update or information on the shipping delay. It’s really frustrating! As I’m not sure if it will arrive for Christmas.
I ordered their paints through Amazon which arrived the very next day. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

Bad customer service…

My order is late and I have no idea if it will arrive before Christmas even though I ordered in plenty of time. Emailed the company 3 times to find out what the status is but no response at all.

Awful clay. Such a waste of money, even on offer! It dries out so quickly, you’re against a clock trying to create something. And if you manage to create something, you’ll be lucky if it doesn’t crack by the time you get to painting it!

I never received order #137913, and customer service is not replying to my emails, there is no way to find a phone number. Terrible company.

Terrible communication no way of returning I would not recommend this company

Initially my kit came with some problems (moldy, hard clay and lumpy white paint) but the issues were resolved almost immediately when i reached out to customer service. They sent me replacements to the items that were unusable. It’s rare to have great support for customers these days!

So far my experience with this product has been less than reassuring. I ordered a large group set for €175 for my friend's hen. The website clearly states that shipping is between 2/3 days, however when you go to pay it cites the length as 7 days.
I ordered it anyway, as the hen was more than 7 days away. After a week and a half no email had come through with tracking. I emailed the company enquiring about my package, but no response.
The hen came and went without the sets.
I then received a tracking number a couple days later, but there was no information when I clicked in.
It's been 17 days since ordering.
I'm sure if the sets arrive they will be great fun etc, but I'm not sure it's worth the risk, I've heard some horror stories of the company never responding, or not processing refunds.
I would recommend getting this product through a third party seller, as I do think they seem like fun and complete sets.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a Pottery Starter Bundle for a daughter who lives in another Province. Unfortunately something went wrong with the delivery and she did not receive it. So I emailed Sculpd to let them know.

Their response, from Giles in the Customer Service Team, was superb. I sent my email at 3.04pm and, just 27 minutes later, I received confirmation that a new order had been organized. It was delivered just three days later.

After placing an order with Sculpd.co.uk, I decided to return it as I had a change of heart. However, the return process was not smooth, and unfortunately, I never received my refund of £94.40. Additionally, I did not receive any confirmation that the item had been received, and it was quite challenging to communicate with the company.
