I accidentally got two sculpd packages - great packages and a wonderful gift. However I only meant to get one. I attempted to return one via the returns guide online. Unfortunately there was an issue with evri but when I tried to contact the company I have not heard anything back to help with this issue.

A great experience and introduction to Sculpd with Ellie at their first UK in person event. I was so pleased to find out their event was local to me, I loved having the opportunity to learn something new which I could take away and develop at home. Using their sculpd clay kit I have made a lovely plant pot, and have been equipped with the knowledge and techniques to create sculptures from clay, I look forward to ordering another 1kg of clay for my next project. Thanks Ellie and thank you to the Sculpd team 🗿😊

Terrible service. 2 weeks passed since my order, no updates on shipping, and they aren't getting back to my emails either.

It seems they have good reviews for the basic kit they sell on Amazon; they must be prioritizing orders coming through there. What a great way to punish those who take the time to visit your website and order the more expensive stuff.

Stay well away folks. And if you want to go for the basic kit on Amazon, you have better and cheaper options there. There's no need to reward this company who have no concept of after-sales.

I would never ever normally leave a bad review on anything, but I feel this brand has robbed me from my money. Seeing them advertised I thought I’d spend my money benefiting a small own brand, as it was my sons birthday and I ordered this as a fun activity to do with his friends as we were having a little party. Where as in fact I should of just gone to hobby craft.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago now, received a confirmation email straight away. A week goes by, I clicked onto my tracking for evri they were expecting the parcel on the 12th, this is 5 days later and they still hadn’t received it. (They state on their website it is 2-3 working days delivery) I emailed Sculpd and they said they will send another by DPD next working day delivery in time for my son’s party that weekend. They never supplied me with a tracking number and that weekend has now passed, with no parcel showing up. I have emailed multiple times, commented on instagram posts (which they have deleted) & not resolved the issue. I am friends with my Evri courier & she has lookded at the depot which she has stated it is defiantly not there. They have also blocked my instagram account. So this is 1000% a scam and am now under the impression they have taken my £39 and I’m not going to get it back.

Guess that’s what you get for trying to help out a small brand..

I ordered on 2/1. Evri has had parcel since the early hours of 4/1. On 9/1 a customer service advisor apologised for this (not their fault that Evri are incompetent!) and offered a refund or NDD on a replacement. I chose refund. I heard nothing.

Emailed again, then get a response saying they’ve contacted Evri and need to wait for the parcel back before issuing a refund. The parcel still hasn’t moved 2.5 days later. By this point I have bought a replacement gift and am £55 down.

No replies to emails now.

Please don’t buy from them until they sort out customer service!

Got to give credit where it’s due. I ordered a while ago for Christmas gifts, 4 sets for kids and an order for partner. Evri have misplaced my parcel it seems and although out of sculpd’s control they got a replacement order that is coming today no questions asked at a time where the deliveries are all over the place. Impeccable customer service, thanks Giles and the team.

I placed an order for 3 different kits as gifts for family birthdays. Although I haven't tried the kits myself I was pleased with the quality and delivery time-frame.

The kits were packaged well and came quickly, all family members were pleased to receive these as gifts!

I got gifted a pottery kit by a friend and I've totally fallen in love with pottery, it's gone from a one-time experience to something I do all the time! Such a great brand and love how they're making creating things for your home accessible. Have bought several more times and will be buying more in the future :)

I purchased 2 clay kits totalling $178 on December 14, 2021 to be given as Christmas gifts. The company sent me a package that only had roughly half the items I ordered, not enough to salvage together a single gift from.

I contacted their customer service to try and resolve the issue on December 23rd and it took them over a week to respond. I wouldn't have normally expected a quick reply during the holiday but since their company made the error, I hoped there would be some urgency to try and make it right. When I finally heard back, they tried to offer to send the missing pieces which would have arrived weeks after Christmas.

At this point, all I wanted was my money back. I was told they would not issue any refund until the incomplete order was delivered back to them and a 14 day processing time had passed. I sent the items back on January 2nd.

It's now February 6th and I have heard nothing from Scupld. When I email their customer service, I just get auto-replies that they are "experiencing higher than usual volume of emails". I feel like I basically loaned them $178 and may never see it again. I would never recommend this company to anyone and don't think they have any business selling items online if they are incapable of fulfilling orders or issuing refunds when they make any error.

Amazing product and very high quality. Bought as an activity to do with friends and everyone has such a fun time. Was definitely something different to do!

Do not buy from here. Ordered on 12th Dec as a Xmas gift. No comms received re dispatch by 22nd, contacted company who reassured me Hermes system was slow to update and would receive it that day.

Not received by Xmas- waste of my time and money and missing gift for relative. Avoid avoid avoid.

Havent recieved product!, wasted £100.

Wanted to get in to clay but a bit clueless, so I was happy when this kit was advertised to me.

Pros - Easy to order, quick delivery, really great quality air dry clay, neatly & resourcefully packaged, makes starting off with clay quite approachable.
Cons - Acrylic paint set wasn't of the same quality as other items ordered, only 2 projects in the 'pottery guide', no rolling pin included (although required for one of the projects in the guide). Expensive.

I think this would be a 5* company if the main kit included a rolling pin & additional projects in the guide, it would make it a better value all in one kit.
I would like to be able to buy all the different parts of the kit separately too, sharing tools & running low on white coat..
