Never received the sign. I emailed with no response and seems the website is taken down. This is the scam!!
I disputed the transaction with the bank

I have not received my sign. I have reached out 10 times for someone to reach back out.. but nothing. I am very disappointed! The first sign I ordered, I needed rushed and they ere able to accommodate/ get the sign quickly. 2nd sign ordered... nothing completely silent and has stolen my money.

This seller has taken my money in July’25 and not heard from them since.

They’re just ignoring emails, are they even trading? Shocking they’re still taking orders and people’s money if not.

My order was never fulfilled and hard to near impossible to get a response from. I will be disputing the charges due to never receiving the order.

Placed and paid for my order, then got my proof which was confirmed. Then absolute silence other than an email saying that they were recovering from a major setback. No idea what this means, but I have sent emails and messages to get status or refund and have been ghosted ever since they took the money.

Placed order on June 17. Still do not have the sign and no definitive ship date etc. slow response to emails. No phone number to contact.

I never got a tracking number. only said confirmed. it has been over a month since ordered. communication is terrible with this company. I have emailed and sent a Facebook message with no reply.

The order has been placed over 5 weeks ago, I'm still waiting.

intuitive, easy to use website and order process. processing team was great to deal with, patient and ensured our needs were met and even exceeded.

Over the past 2 years, I have a a multitude of issues that they helped me resolve. They have sent replacement dimmer modules with remotes, and once a new power supply. Now, after 2 years my sign has a catastrophic flickering issues, where I turn the sign on and it strobes. I have been in contact via email for about 2 weeks now, and all they will offer is a discount. I don’t feel I should have to pay for an issue that is not my fault. When I bought the sign 2 years ago it was 30% off, but on top of honoring this price, they will only add an extra 15% off. If they could go to a total of maybe 60% off I would do it, but I still think it’s ridiculous that I should have to pay for a replacement.

You can't speak to a live person; everything is through email, and they take days to respond. Shipped me the wrong products and it's been 30 days and I'm still waiting on a resolution.

I spent around $200, and after a month of waiting, I still have not received the item. I feel as if I have been a victim of a scam. I am questioning if Sculpt Neon Signs is a legitimate business. I am uncomfortable with the status of this transaction.
