Seabrook Crisps Avaliações 

Once upon a time, Seabrook was portrayed as a caring respected family business.
Now the greedy so and so's have sold out to the Japanese!
Now, nobody cares, about the product or customer service.
I recently purchased a multi-pack where one was stale seemingly caused by what looked like a break in the packet seal.
I sent off to two different email addresses with a photo and full details.
Surprise, surprise! Like others, no response from Seabrook.
We will now go back to our original preferred own brand.

So i have a multi pack of seabrooks cheese and onion, 6 bags, had 2 so far, and the flavour is extremely mild, some taste like plain, won;t buy again, look at the trust pilot reviews, 71% 1 star, wow, seabrooks, surely this should be an eye opener for you and stop taking peoples money, i am disappointed to not have the flavour i paid for.

The new change in seabrook is terrible. They are much less brittle than before and are tasteless. I will not be buying anymore after eating these for years. ( I'm 74 years old ). Please bring back the old ones.

Bought some Aunt Bessie Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding crisps today from B&M. However, they just tasted like plain crisps. No flavour!

Everything Seabrooke produce literally is tasteless. Mid 90s was the last time I can remember them tasting any good especially the Canadian Ham or the Tomato flavour even though Tomato is no longer sold. Honestly absolutely crap. Anything Americans touch seems to go to sh#t just like Morrisons Supermarket.

Seabrook used to be my favorite crisps. Not any more. What a rip off, I know multi pack crisps are always low on contents but thus is a new low. Seabrook salt and vinegar fries 16g packets, what a rip off. Stale flavor tasting yuck. I am considering stopping buying crisps from any company as they are not good value anymore but, 16g packets of crisps is pathetic. The funny thing is they always keep the packaging the same so people might be conned into thinking there is more contents then there actually is. No more Seabrook crisps for me.

I have complained several times to seabrooks with no reply ! Awful customer service as well as awful crisps the loaded rings were my favourite crisps/snack however they have now been replaced with just Rings? And they are awful they are tasteless they have no flavour and taste like cardboard!!! Was never a fan of their other crisps for this very reason just no flavour at all but the loaded rings were excellent until they changed them to flavourless rings !! Won’t be buying them again and if I have noticed it so will everyone else come on Seabrooks sort yourselves out and put flavour on your crisps and Bring back the LOADED RINGS!!!!!

Bought a six pack from asda ,best by date Jan 24,so well in date. Every pack contained stale inedible crisps.
I wrote to seabrooks on their dedicated complaints web page 2 weeks ago . I have not had an acknowledgement or reply yet so must conclude that their customer service is as stale as their crisps.

Seabrook Crunchies NO WAY ! Like eating roof slate they are literally that hard.
If you value your teeth and gums and for that matter the roof of your mouth..DO NOT eat these.They are like the Rambo of crisps. After one bag I had ulcers, cut gums etc..
Seabrook can you please stick to what you know best...CRISPS plain and simple.

Tried Cheese and Onion crinkle cut, first time in years. From what I remember these had a lot of flavor but disappointed my latest purchase didn't taste of anything. No Cheese and Onion flavor whatsoever. Won't buy again

Great crunch but no where enough salt and vinegar flavouring. If I'd had a blindfold on, I would not have known they were salt and vinegar

Seabrook crisps have more flavour than most crisps, even though they are a more subtle flavour. To put it bluntly I love Seabrook crisps.

worcester sauce flavour crisps. Product still a month in date however the crisps tasted soggy, no crunch.
took them back to the corner shop who begrudgingly let me swap them for a different brand of the same price.

I have bought a few packs of the cheese & onion crinkle crisps & despite saying bags of flavour, all i can taste is a bit of salt, they have obviously got a problem with the flavouring or they have the wrong packaging.....

Used to love these crisps but the change to rapeseed oil from sunflower oil has changed the flavour and made them bitter and unpalatable, won’t be buying again

Best crisps ever. I'm from the 70s. And I know my stuff. The potato, the flavouring,the actual crisps. Absolutely beautiful. Scrumptious. I eat 5,bags at a time. Walkers haven't got a look in. All preservatives rank. Keep it up brooks. Absolutely beautiful. 💯

As some have mentioned, the crisps are always broken so badly, they're bags of crumbs rather than bags of crisps. Not worth buying.

I am sorry to say this But you have lost 😔 the way there used it taste and this isn't funny .the cheese onion are like A plain cracker

First ever time trying this brand out. Prawn Cocktail.
Very disappointed with the flavor and bag fill. Shame, its the first bag people try that they remember which prompts to buy again. Ive forgotten already, sorry 😞

I used to order a box of 48 weekly to take to work and also eat at home. A mix of spring onion, beefy and cheese and onion. Fabulous. Then they stopped spring onion so I stopped buying. Got a bag of six last weekend of cheese and onion……..my god! Bland, tasteless tiny packets of rubbish. What the hell happened????
