Terrible customer service.
Price excellent. Quality seems fine.
Customer service is quite another matter though. Text following order promised delivery date within 48 hours. This never happened. Following the order tracking system which showed an estimated delivery date I tried phoning the company on 4 occasions but could get no reply. I emailed instead but was told there was a delay and the delivery would be another week after the estimated date. Any respectable company would keep the customer updated in such circumstances.

Had never fitted any sealed units before so it was all new to me. However, I found the website easy to use and ordering was a doddle. Found the prices to be very competitive and even had a free delivery option if willing to wait a few weeks. Unit fitted perfectly upon receipt. Very happy!!

What an awful experience
What an awful experience. Have used these people before with no issue, but not this time ! Ordered on 21.07 and paid for 10-15 day delivery. On 11.08 (15 working days) no units. (Don't try ringing to chase I tried 14 times over 3 days nobody answers the phone) Eventually after live chat was told delivery was 13.08. Nothing arrived, chased again to be told now 17.08. Nothing! Then told delivery 21.08, no that didn't happen. Then advised either 22.08 or 23.08. That didn't happen. On 24.08 I told them if not with me on that day I would get credit card company to do a charge back as it was now over a month since I ordered. Units arrived at about 17:00 !! They have refunded my 10-15 day delivery charge and 10% of order value, but my customer was going nuts to get his windows sorted, and once ordered they have you stuck with their awful delivery. Not at all impressed. Poor communication, not answering the phone, not replying to emails or offline chats. Avoid if you want your units delivered in less than 5 weeks !! My review disappeared after Sealed Units replied, so I have edited and added this last line in the hope that it will re-appear

Good product, good price - especially with summer discount. Slightly clunky communication on delivery date, in that you have to log in to your account to find out whether the estimated date has changed or not - an automatic email notifying the customer of updates would be a bonus.
