Late supply and poor communication.
I would have liked to give this company a good review but their ability to keep to schedules and communication of any manufacturing issues and changes of delivery is woeful.
Ordering process, price and finished units good.
Failure to inform of manufacturing delays and subsequent delivery changes was costly to my small project.

Sealed unit delivery
Just got back from holiday, and had asked the delivery driver to leave glass behind back gate leaving instructions to rest on two wooden supports and a sheet to protect the glass.
A BIG thankyou he had done a good job of protection.
The glass panel fitted well

Very easy to find on the internet
Very easy to find on the internet, ordering was very simple and straightforward, I thought the overall price was reasonable and good value.
From ordering to delivery ( which was free, as long as I wasn’t in a rush for them ) was on time as per site instruction, the only down side I found was maybe an email letting me know everything was coming along and confirming the delivery date and maybe an approximate time would have been useful. Other than that the company and its windows were spot on. I took the old units out ( 10 of them in various sizes) and the replacement windows fitted perfect.
A big thank you from a very satisfied customer who will be using again in the future as my windows require replacement.
I give you A+++++👍🏻👍🏻😀😀

Easy to order great service all round
Easy to order, every option you can think of for custom sized windows. Needed two that had blown , ordered great price , about the same as stock windows to be honest. They came via specialist courier about ten days later. Top tip, get yourself a moon knife made fitting way easier than a chisel or similar 👍👍
