Searchlight Surveyors Avaliações

Good advice on the type of survey that we needed (others quoted for a higher level survey that was not appropriate for our needs). Was able to complete the survey and issue a detailed report very promptly and happy to follow up by discussing areas that we wanted to clarify. Very happy to recommed.

Simon was superbly professional and timely. He set out his findings to me in a phone call following the survey, and provided the full report the same evening.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to everyone.

Simon was so helpful, he made the process feel accessible and really explained everything thoroughly. It was a brilliant service, 10/10 and I would highly recommend.

I am a first time buyer of a late victorian and Simon's been really helpful and knowledgable with this type of property! I appreciate him walking around the property with me at the end of his survey of the house - this has helped with understanding everything in the report. The report was written up and sent over quickly.

A thorough and detailed assessment of all the questions I raised. Simon was meticulous and we cannot thank him enough for his work which helped us navigate work needed and budget for our new home. Survey results were published same day and a comprehensive discussion of key points found were carefully explained. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you Simon

Excellent service. Really detailed report and very helpful in answering our queries. Would definitely recommend Simon.

Great communication, swift documentation. Simon has a well oiled machine set up.

We would highly recommend Simon. He was super informative over email and quick with responses. He provides a very detailed survey and is available to contact if you have any further questions.

Quick, efficient, reliable service

Excellent service, tailored to my specific queries about the property and within the level of report that was required.

Very informative.
From before we booked the survey, to communicating with us when it was going to happen, to calling from the property. The report was sent to us that evening! It was very thorough and clearly laid out so it was easy to read. The photos and the house diagram at the end of the report helped too. I really felt a thorough job was carried out and felt at ease with the next steps with purchasing the house after this surveyor visited.
It was average price compared to quite a few others. I couldn’t recommend searchlight surveyors enough!

Just used Simon's services for the second time and I will always recommend him, kind and courteous fellow, lovely to speak to and email and provides a very thorough report with great attention to detail, wonderful!

I spoke to 5 surveyors and Simon was an easy decision. He was one of the first surveyors to actually guide me on the level of survey I actually needed. Simon was brilliant at communication and kept me up to date with the whole procedure which was all sorted, completed and a report emailed to me within a week or so! I would not hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone!

Fast response and excellent communication from start to finish. Simon completed the survey and wrote the report in the same day. The report was thorough and clearly presented.
I have no hesitation in recommending Searchlight Surveyors.

Fantastic service all round. Simon was easy to contact and always replied promptly. He was flexible to change survey date when the vendor was poorly. Completed survey and report the same day and continued to answer any questions I had after this. Would definitely, definitely recommend.

Searchlight offer an excellent service all round! A very thorough report, great communication and everything was done promptly. Highly recommend.

Searchlight recently carried out a homebuyers survey on our house purchase. Simon was very good at communicating both prior to the survey and post survey, when I had a couple of questions Simon responded promptly and gave me clear information which satisfied my concerns. Simon also advised me what was the most appropriate level of survey as originally I was going for a level 3 (full survey) but Simon explained the options and recommended a level 2. Would highly recommend.

Great communication throughout the process answered all our questions and concerns. Found our drains needed further investigation which saved us thousands of pounds.
