Searchlight Surveyors Avaliações

Simon was an excellent surveyor for us! He was thorough and detailed and spent time going through the survey results for us to make sure that we understood everything well. The results of his survey have helped us negotiate with the seller, resulting in getting some of the problems fixed that would probably have cost us a lot in the future! Simon has been amazing with his communication from the start, and I really would recommend him to anyone looking for a good surveyor! Thanks so much again Simon :)

From the introductory letter, to the final report, this was a truly outstanding service. A pleasant, easy, efficient, and thorough process, from the highly personable Simon. The attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend Searchlight Surveyors and would be delighted to use them again.

Very responsive. Really detailed report and advice, much moreso than any other survey companies used in the past. The report was available very quickly and Simon has been happy to advise on things since also. Great, thank you

Simon was so supportive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic comms, great attitude and attention to detail, accurate concise and timely report

In all Excellent and completely recommended

Couldn't recommend highly enough. The survey conducted was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. This is not the first time I've used a surveyor and this was by far a much better experience. 5 stars without hesitation.

From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.
They conducted a thorough examination, leaving no stone unturned. Their ability to identify even the most minor issues was remarkable.

Not only did the surveyor excel in technical skills, but his communication was also top-notch. He took the time to explain his findings in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring I fully grasped the condition of the property.

Furthermore, their report was comprehensive and well-documented, providing valuable insights and recommendations. It was evident that they had a genuine commitment to delivering the highest quality service.

Overall, I cannot recommend this home surveyor highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their craft make them a true standout in their field. If you're in need of a home surveyor who goes above and beyond, look no further

Simon has a very personable and kind approach. He was more than wiling to answer any questions that I had regarding a valuation of my property and further down the line, a homebuyers survey.

The report provided was sent through to us the very same day, it was detailed yet straightforward to understand with clear actions laid out. Going through this process for the first time, I was extremely grateful for this. Any questions I had following the report were answered by Simon in full.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone needing a surveyor and would absolutely be contacting Simon again in the future should I need to.

Thank you for making part of an extremely stressful experience such as moving, much more manageable and stress free!

Simon is exemplary to his profession both through his attitude and quality of work. We used Simon for a level 3 survey as our prospective house was quite old. His survey highlighted a range of issues from small issues that we have put on our to-do list, to larger issues that have saved us several thousands of pounds and were sorted by the vendor before we exchanged. (I wouldnt be 100% convinced that the larger firms would have caught these issues). I would fully reccomend Searchlight surveyors to anyone who is purchasing a property for full transparency of a property.

Brilliant service from searchlight again. Quick reply to all messages and to arrange the survey. Detialed report and competitive price. We have used their service a couple of times and so have other family members and Simon has always exceded expectations, would certainly recommend.

Simon was friendly and professional from the get-go! Great detail and called us with the findings on the day. Much better than a previous company we used! Thank you.

Simon gave us an excellent and prompt service, liaising carefully and thoughtfully with our estate agents and the vendors of the property for which we had sought a full survey. The survey was clear, concise and understandable and Simon telephoned us in advance to give us the 'headlines' of his findings. I would recommend him unreservedly - Searchlight Surveyors certainly went the extra mile.

Simon was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions.

Speedy response in getting the survey done & delivering the final report.

We used Simon two years ago and he did a good job for us then so we went back to him and we weren’t disappointed. After our initial contact he responded quickly explaining which survey would be best for us and asked to list anything specific we wanted him to look at.He arranged the survey quickly and once done he phoned with verbal feedback. He was easy to chat with. His written report was thorough. We would highly recommend him.

Fantastic from first enquiry to helping with queries after.
Process explained well before survey. Easily scheduled.
Phone call afterwards discussing findings in a clear way so I understood.
Simple straightforward.
Thank you

Simon sent his report over quickly and the follow up call was useful to discuss any initial concerns.

Surveyed the property at short notice. Had the report the same day and a phone call to discuss the findings. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

Simon advised me on what would be the best survey to have for the property I was looking for and fully explained the process and what would be reviewed.
Simon was quick to answer all my questions, booked the survey in quickly, and spend time answering any questions I had fully before and afterwards.
A full clear and easy to understand report was provided along with pictures.
I would fully reccomend.
