Really enjoyed the streamlined service
Really enjoyed the streamlined service. I ordered tickets, received tickets a day before the game and checking in was seamless. The event was in Wembley stadium and we loved the padded seats and great view. If you chose the 'Taphouse' package, sadly this is the part that let me down. Don't waste your money on the burgers / fried chicken. The streetfood outside is far better with a fraction of the cost.

Booking fee
The only thing I dislike is having to pay the booking fee on each ticket especially when it’s e-ticketing, one fee for the whole order would be more acceptable.

UCL Hospitality Package
I attended a Champions League match via Seat Unique. The event was less than a week away when I bought the ticket, but my order was processed quickly and everything went smoothly. The seats were very nice and I found the package to be great value for the price.

Superb Customer Service!
Superb customer service! To date I have booked two top concerts with Seat Unique and had some special requests on both which have been all dealt with perfectly. It is a huge reassurance to know that there is a real person able to assist with anything arising, and so well. They definitely help to make a special event just that...Special!
