Hi Mel, I've reached out on support. Sorry if there was any confusion. Redmi Note 11 Pro eSIM compatibility depends on where the device was manufactured and your device was manufactured in a territory that does not produce the devices with eSIM. I have refunded your subscription.

Beware of Buying from second sim
Bought a second sim. Came through via email, dud not working. Unable to contact them which in itself is not OK. Had to contact my bank to reverse charge and block form taking further money from my account.
Update:
I response to Second Sim response.
No, you are not contactable. Your emails bounce back as no reply, Why? Your chat bots do nothing. You have no customer service which sadly seems to be becoming a trend, hence I write my reviews to warn others

Shittest experience any of codes aren’t receiving plus WhatsApp sms not receiving too and i want refund i been texting the bot but it just says i sedned complaint further they will email you blah blah but still no response i want my money back man!!

Excellent for Business use
It was very easy to set up, and I was able to use it with Business WhatsApp straight away. I've had no issues at all, and it's made keeping my business and personal communications separate so much easier. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable second number for their business.

I have already cancelled
I have already cancelled. I needed a UK number for people to call me on when I'm out of the UK - I don't need it for anything else. I specifically asked if this was the case and was told it was.
Only after I had paid did I discover that I can't make or receive calls.
