Bought a SecondSim subscription before realising my own phone
(Xiaomi 12 5G) doesn't support eSIM — completely my fault for
not checking. Their ToS technically excludes device incompatibility
from the money-back guarantee, but Rob refunded me anyway as a
goodwill gesture.

That kind of integrity from a new UK startup is rare. I'll be back
as a paying customer once I upgrade my phone, and recommending
SecondSim to anyone in my network who needs a real (non-VoIP) UK
mobile number for business.

Love the idea and the offering. Simple and effective and brings balance to work and personal life.

I purchased the sim but it was not working due to some issues. However, I asked for the refund and they did it.
I hope whatever technical issues are there the company will work on it and sort it out soon so it work smoothly in future.

You claim it’s guaranteed for bank sms and 2FA but I didn’t get an sms so I was disappointed

I needed a second number for my small business as volume of contact was increasing. I decided WhatsApp business would be the best way forward. However I couldn’t set this up without a second line.

Bought and installed never worked - promised 24/7 online support no one responded - not sure what else to say - save your money - dont use these clowns.
