I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Secretly Secondhand. I purchased a beautiful vintage sapphire and diamond ring from 1981 as a very special birthday gift for my partner, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Abbey was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She patiently answered all of my questions, provided additional photos and information about the hallmark, and responded remarkably quickly – even outside normal business hours.
The ring was dispatched very quickly to Austria, beautifully and carefully packaged, and it is even more beautiful in person than in the photographs. The accompanying documentation was also excellent.
You can really tell that Abbey genuinely cares about both the jewellery she sells and the people buying it. The whole experience felt personal rather than simply an online transaction.
Thank you, Abbey, for helping make an important birthday gift even more special. I would happily buy from Secretly Secondhand again and can highly recommend them.

I was unable to return the item as it was customised. My falt for not reading the small print but I feel it could have been made clearer

There should be an option to award 10 stars! In my opinion, 5 doesn’t quite cover how wonderful Secretly Secondhand is. I admit I was nervous to buy online beforehand because that’s not something I’d ever done before. My worries we’re entirely unnecessary and I literally couldn’t be happier.
