Piece of garbage product, they don't have a way to control attacks and are punishing the customer with validations every few logons.

Not worth your time, plenty of other options out there and much simpler and safer.

Terrible Customer Service, do not allow the refund.

Mein Vater hat bei diesem Unternehmen seine ganzen Daten für den Sterbefall hinterlassen. Nach seinem Tod haben wir den Datentransfer ausgelöst und nach der Sperrzeit auch die entsprechende Mail erhalten. Die SMS mit dem Passwort allerdings nicht. Ich bin jetzt seit einigen Wochen mit der Firma in Kontakt, damit sie uns helfen. Die bekommen das aber nicht auf die Reihe. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich mit einer KI schreibe, wobei das mit der Intelligenz wohl eher nichts ist.
Inzwischen haben wir meinen Vater beigesetzt und konnten, da wir nicht an die Daten kommen, nicht einmal alle seine Bekannten informieren, da diese als Datei auf seinem Computer hinterlegt sind. Da ist ein Stern noch zu viel.

Seit Wochen Probleme beim Login durch einen Security-Provider, der anscheinend Black- und Whitelist nicht in den Griff bekommt. Workaround über umständliche Web-Einwahl mit 2-Weg-Authentifizierung per SMS. Unzumutbar. Habe nach Jahren das Konto nicht mehr erneuert und gelöscht.

Have used Secure Safe for years with no issues but since the "update" I've been unable to log-in other than in "offline mode" (useless if you want to actually update or add passwords).
I tried restoring my account via both the "can't log-in" link which should, but does NOT send a text code & via my Recovery Code but to no avail.
Will be looking for a new Password Manager going forward.

Received generic login error repeatedly. Thought I was ok since I have my ridiculously long recovery code. Reset password several times. Still can’t get in. No way to get support in a reasonable amount of time. Done with SS.

Verwende die APP und die WEB Application seit Jahren. PERFEKT.

SecureSafe ist in der Webanwendung sehr schlecht bedienbar. Wenn man eine mehrgliedrige Ordnerstruktur hat, ist Schwarz auf Weiss ohne Striche oder unterschiedliche Ordnersymbole für die verschiedenen Ebenen sehr unbrauchbar. Ausserdem ist ärgerlich, dass beim Start immer der private Safe in bei Passwörtern aufgeht. Das ist nicht einstellbar. Da wahrscheinlich niemand die Anwendung privat nutzt, sondern alle wegen ihrer Arbeitgeber als Austauschplattform, ist diese Grundeinstellung praxisfremd.

Mein Hinweis an das Unternehmen, dass die mal angepasst werden könnte, wird seit Jahren ignoriert. Nur, dass man es aufnehme und bei Gelegenheit prüfe.

I've had Secure Safe almost from the beginning.
I have upgraded to the 10 year unlimited pass word and 1GB for files.
Plenty of space for me, and priced right.
Never had any problems and I haven't found where they have ever been hacked.
I have about 300 passwords or so and they upload easily to where ever they are needed.
Very happy, and a committed customer.

no customer support available. Apparently they no longer want long-standing customers. Thank God there are enough alternatives.

Product is fine even if very basic, but customer support beyond unacceptable !
They simply ignore any request for help. Once my existing subscription expires, they will not see my custom again. Would definitely not recommend again to anybody

Extremely bad password manager. UI is very limited, you can't mass-delete passwords and the mobile application crashes a lot. Would never recommend this software.

The free storage is only 100MB and 50 passwords. There are also expensive paid plans (up to 100gb only). For that reason it is not suitable for bulk data storage, but I have saved many small but important files here. I never had any problem using the service, but ONCE (I have been a user for few months) when I really did not need it it was doing maintenance and was really unusable. All other times it was amazing.
