The staff member was very polite and prompt. My son felt comfortable and relaxed with relaxing music. It was especially helpful as he has autism. Good work. Very happy.

You left on your own
You left on your own. Electrodes were dry had to be filled them your self. We were Not
Given suggestion that we could go to your own surgery to refill the electrodes. The friend that came with me went to work. I had to look for someone else. Three times had to be filled. 1st time 4, 2nd time 12 and 3rd time4 or 6. Thank you for not caring for your patient.

This process is designed to be done at home by patients' friends or family and we do our best to ensure patients are prepared for this before connection and in the clinic during the appointment. Relaxing experience
The staff were very friendly and helpful which helped with my daughter's high anxiety. The video before connection and how to refill was excellent. My daughter thought it was a great experience and would be happy to do again if she needs it.

Unfortunately, mixed messages were given to me or I got them mixed due to stress. Was advised to use either the Seer app or keep a manual list of when episodes happen. Unfortunately, this is not the case and all incidents should've been recorded on the app.

Very good interpersonal skills with children. My 4 yr old Great Grandson responded very well to the treatment. Atmosphere very relaxing and calm. Enjoyed his experience. Took photos to show his class mates.

Great experience
Great experience. Not as intrusive as I initially thought. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The probes did come off every night while I slept, and as I live alone i’d have to have a friend or family member come over everyday to reattach them. That’s my only criticism.
Overall, a painless and easy experience.
