Never heard back about my life insurance

I felt like I got asked the same question over and over again which was really annoying. You should only be asking something once. Also it seemed like my application was a slam dunk and now I'm waiting for a medical review.

Process was very simple and easy to complete. Now have a term policy

I was connected with an insurance policy; however, the underwriting specialist, Stephen Brooker, talked me into more coverage than I need at this time, and told me that the coverage amount could be reduced after I accepted the policy. Before I accepted the policy I had several questions on the policy once I reviewed it, and reached out to Mr. Brooker via email and phone. Mr. Brooker refused to answer these emails or return my phone calls. I eventually accepted the policy with the intent to lower the coverage amount once accepted, like Mr. Brooker told me I could, only to be informed that I needed to wait for a full year of coverage before I could reduce the amount. This miscommunication would have been resolved if Mr. Brooker had returned my emails or phone calls in a timely manner.
I am glad I have insurance, but I am incredibly dissatisfied with your company's communication policies and with Mr. Brooker's lack of responsiveness and failure to communicate the terms of the policy to me.

Extremely frustrating experience…..
Numerous conflicting emails/information with actual insurance company and select quote. Unable to contact a human/ always “leave a message”.
Thankful for “Kenneth Branch” who actually answered a phone call & was able to help or I would have cancelled
