Contacting this company is a nightmare. All I wanted to do as talk to the agent who I spoke to about insurance, but that is not possible. They didn't want to help me and answerr my questions except try to hardsell and close. No thanks.

U guys give horrible customer service!except when trying to make a sale!
I attempted to purchase insurance from Pacific Life. I was quoted a monthly amount only to be told that is wasn’t offered. At the time Jon King told me that another rep needed to approve me for the different amount. I spend an hour on the phone giving hi all my info and when I received a follow up call from this company I was today thatJon had to handle that. I told them to cancel my request and nobody seemed to care. Just gave me instructions on how to cancel. I received a follow up phone call from somebody but couldn’t take the call since I was in a doctors appointment. I returned the call twice leaving a message the second time but never received a returned call. Horrible practices!

Shop but ask questions
It was really easy but I didn’t get to compare multiple policies to make a choice. The representative just told me what was available based on what he saw. It would have been better if I saw the options but what we settled on is fine.
