Thanks for the 5 stars!

I received 2 calls from your select quote agent Steve Brooker on 9/23 and 9/30 telling me I was approved and to call him back. I called 2 on the 23rd and 28th and left messages for the agent never returned my call. I also have not received my life insurance policy from Prudential, I did sign off on accepting the policy and am waiting to see the actual policy before I cancel my original policy. Not a very good experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret that our communication fell short when you tried returning calls regarding your approval, and that your paperwork from the carrier has not arrived yet. We are currently looking into the delayed callback issues with our team and checking on the status of your documentation. Your experience matters to us, and we are working to ensure your requests are handled promptly.
