The interview was through my questions were answered well. This is the second time I have used there service.
I went threw 4 persons all was well untill I got one of the intro girls that went to fast I missed select quotes number and she would not repeat it. Turns out I needed it.

Great experience

The first lady I had was very kind. She kind of got me started in the process. Then I had a gentleman by the name of Blake Smith. He was absolutely amazing. I just felt so confident with the process because I could tell that he really knew what he was doing. Things like this cause me anxiety. I hate change and he was just amazing.

Loretta Grimes helped me with my Medicare Advantage Plan enrollment and I am thoroughly satisfied. It’s a fairly long process with many questions to answer. Loretta’s professionalism and patience were outstanding. She sped up the process with friendly remarks and superior communication skills.

I live in a rural area that is dominated by a single healthcare provider system. Effective October 1, 2026, this healthcare provider system left my current Medicare Advantage Plan’s network. This was the 2nd time they became out-of-network for a Medicare Advantage Plan that I was enrolled in and I feared that I was running out of options. I was afraid that I would no longer be able to afford local healthcare or I would have to drive 60 plus miles for affordable healthcare. Not to mention my frustration of needing to begin the awful process of shopping for insurance coverage yet again.

So one of the first things I did was to call my current Medicare Advantage Plan at the number they provided with a list of questions. But surprisingly, and thankfully, I was connected to SelectQutoe instead of my insurance carrier. This turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for me. I eventually was connected with a licensed insurance agent named Brandy Clarke. My only complaint was the severe lag time in the phone line that we were talking on. Because of this, we kept talking over each other but this was no fault of Brandy. Brandy was extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly, patient, informative and easy to talk with. She made me feel so comfortable it was like I was talking with a long-lost friend. And in less than 30-minutes, she had found a new plan, better than my current plan, that my healthcare provider system was in-network with.

The crazy part is that the new Medicare Advantage Plan was with the same insurance carrier that my healthcare provider system had left previously. Brandy explained that this happens all of the time for various reasons. Who would have thought? I can’t thank Brandy enough for putting my mind at ease and saving me so much time, effort and heartache. Brandy is my new hero. Keep up the fantastic work Brandy. You are not just helping people, you are saving lives!
