After I signed up, I was then transferred to several other people. It got to the point where I just hung up. I felt I was being kept on the phone needlessly.

Broc was very helpful and got me signed up with a new plan even though I had just signed up for a different plan last week. That plan wasn’t what suited my needs and today, I was able to get a better plan to meet my current needs. I really appreciated his help and care today.

The CSR Tristan Pinkerton took the time to walk me through every step necessary to get me the coverage that I needed. The call took over a hour and a half. No Problem. It was necessary. Tristan kept coming back to the call to assure me that he was working on my behalf to make sure everything that was I needed in a health are plan was provided as much as possible.
