Whenever an item sold it wouldn’t delist on other platforms as it said it would. I also don’t know how to cancel.

It's impossible to unsubscribe, and if you contact them, you'll even get scammed. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Total scam. I paid $130 upfront for a year-long membership, but they cut off my access after only five months and are now demanding monthly payments. I sent them my receipts, but their support team has gone silent after sending a few useless, generic templates. Absolute disgrace of a company—save your money and go elsewhere.

You cannot find their cancellation option on their app or site. It should be illegal to make it so that your customers have to reach out through email to cancel. They purposely lag and take days to reply. I have reached out to them and rather than getting a confirmation on my cancellation, they had the audacity to ask “why”

Just go through your credit card company and report to BBB. Awful customer service

keep taking my money, failing to provide cancellation service, ignored several emails, going to bank to clawback my protection of illegal payments, company not good at all

SellerAider is THE best crosslisting app i've tried tbh (and i've used 4). I sell on vinted, ebay depop and nothing compares. Makes listing and relisting super quick

When i started out they got on a call to help me set up my account. The team on discord does a good job of communicating new features and issues.

bought a membership then they locked me out of my account, asked me to show a receipt, I did - then they wouldn't reply....

I paid for a monthly subscription and when i tried to post my listing it show that i don’t have any subscription. And their customer service is terrible no help no response. I guess this is a scam

I subscribed and received an invoice confirming my payment, but my account still shows I'm on the trial plan with no access to the features I paid for. There’s no way to manage or cancel the subscription, and I’ve sent multiple emails without any response.
This feels incredibly unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I'm now contacting my credit card provider to block future charges. Avoid this service unless they start providing actual customer support and transparency.
