My advice STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMERS!

I wish i checked the reviews before signing up and paying for this site! For the past 24H is refusing to import my items, giving me some errors and asking to contact costumer support. I've tried contacting them via email website and messages without a response. They are charging a lot of money for giving you bare minimum and when you have an issue they don't even reply. My advice STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMERS!

Mid Tier Service

Overall, it's ok, but the error messages are awful, 99% of the time it's down to guesswork as when something is ready to list/all fields completed you get hit with:

Something went wrong while uploading vinted item. Try again or Please try again or contact our tech team.

The best services are ones you dont need any contact with, yet here we are.

I’ve recently started using Zipsale and it’s been a really smooth process. The platform makes it easy to list across multiple marketplaces, which saves me loads of time. I had a couple of questions when I got started and found the website really helpful. Definitely happy with the subscription so far!

Rubbish website

Rubbish website. Slow as hell and doesn’t even work properly you put the colour in and still says can’t list?! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, Painful and shocking experience. Also you need to constantly connect to the marketplace and have your computer constantly on..all round shambles 😤 So disappointed.

Been with them since 2022 but had enough now

Absolutely no response in weeks from anyone in the company via tickets, FB group or emails. There are constant issues on Zipsale that take forever to get fixed, it seems like Zipsale is struggling. I have moved over to another crosslister that actually responds to their customers. Considering I've been with Zipsale for 3 years, I find the lack of communication disgusting, spent thousands of pounds with the company, could have shown some more respect
Had to get a chargeback from my bank as Zipsale ignored my cancellation requests

Could be a useful tool, but the support and cancellation process are unacceptable.

I’ve been using Zipsale to crosslist products across platforms. On the 29th my subscription renewed, but my listing quota didn’t reset — I was completely locked out of listing anything.

I contacted support via live chat (twice) and emailed all three addresses they provide. No response — not even an acknowledgement — for over a week.

What makes it worse: there's no way to cancel your subscription without contacting support. So when they ignore you, you're stuck.

I’ve now cancelled via chargeback and sent a final account closure email. Zipsale could be a useful tool, but the support and cancellation process are unacceptable.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Sent 2 emails and 3 messages via Facebook to try to cancel and still no response (over the course of 2 weeks!)

I’m writing this as a seriously…

I’m writing this as a seriously frustrated user of your software. I’ve given ZipSale more patience than most people would, but enough is enough. I have to be honest about how disappointed I am.

Your core features simply don’t work. The delist and relist tool, which was one of the main reasons I signed up, doesn’t actually function as promised. Items that sell on one platform remain listed on others, which has caused me to sell items I no longer have. This has directly led to negative feedback on my accounts, which affects my business and damages my reputation.

When I import listings, the descriptions don’t come through, so I’m forced to retype or copy them manually. That defeats the entire point of using a listing tool. On top of that, the system constantly disconnects from marketplaces without warning. This results in listing errors and items being live that should have been removed.

The software doesn’t extract sizes, categories, or colours, meaning I have to manually fill these in every time. That adds more time to the process, not less. Again, this makes the software pointless when compared to just listing directly on the selling platforms.

Despite all of this, I’ve spent around £800 over the past year on this software. That’s £800 into something that has done more harm than good for my business. To make matters worse, your team tried to blame me for not replying to some supposed free period offer while you try and find fixes. That’s not acceptable. I’ve been patient. I’ve waited for improvements. I’ve communicated clearly.

But the fact remains, this is possibly the worst program I’ve used for reselling. It’s not reliable, it’s not efficient, and it’s certainly not helping my business grow.

I am requesting a full refund for the entirety of my subscription. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action to recover my losses and prevent this from affecting other users.

Awful

Awful. Glitchy, expensive and a complete lack of customer support. For the money, it's insanely low quality. I really wanted this to work to save time but I'm going to have to find an alternative - I've emailed them 3 times without reply, it just isn't good enough.

I was using the free version of Zipsale…

I was using the free version of Zipsale with limited listings but it has been glitchy for ages. I am now blocked from Vinted for suspicious activity due to using Zipsale. Zipsale fails with every upload and wants you to log out and log back into Vinted and reconnect marketplaces for every upload which is more time consuming than just uploading listings manually

I have been a user and paying customer…

I have been a user and paying customer of this service for 6 months now, This is my first ever trustpilot review and im leaving it because this is the only way they will actually see my feedback.

Customer Service - If you send an email expect to be waiting well over a week and thats if your one of the lucky ones to actually receive a reply to your request. If you contact their customer support phone number you just land at a vodafone voicemail.

The Software - Although it has potential, It comes with some major bugs and breaks, You cant crosslist half of your inventory due to size_id bugs, the delister works only 80% of the time forcing you to take a defect ding on your selling account if you are not quick to manually act on the items that dont de list.

The subscription price goes up, well into the realm of not even being worth it even if it worked effortlessly, but with the situation of the reliability of the software it is definately not worth the cost.

They set up a facebook group for a way for software subscribers and zipsale staff being able to communicate but they only post once a week meems.

I really really wish this software did work as intended because it would be a real game changer, It has a load of potential to dominate the crosslisting market but falls short for the above reasons.

I would be willing to come back and alter this review once things change, I really hope the zipsale staff see this and even reach out to its community on their facebook page to address the above issues.

Could be great but needs work

It's a great idea and it works most of the time but the site isn't fully functional and there's a lack of customer service support. It's not completely autonomous, things that sell are supposed to automatically get marked as sold on zipsale however this isn't always the case and I find myself having to manually go through and archive items or mark as sold when the software is supposed to do this. I have reached out to customer support who initially took a week to reply and haven't replied to any further emails asking for support which is disappointing.

Huge time saver

Have been using Zipsale for a few months and so grateful for all the time I have saved already. Easy to use and manage multiple listings across the marketplaces I use.

It is great to have all my products and information accessible centrally, saves a lot of time !

Subscription Charge Price Hike & No Acceptable Low Volume Subscription Any Longer

I recently received notice that the subscription charge for the service I am using has increased by 300% and I am extremely unhappy about it. I think this is completely unacceptable and I have made numerous attempts to contact the company about these issues, but have not been successful in getting a response.

The software itself shows promise, but the customer service is absolutely diabolical. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, but it seems like they just don't care about their customers. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on the poor customer service alone.

I don't list many items per month, so forcing me to pay three times my original subscription for 200 listings per month is meaningless to me. I list well below the original 100 per month.

I asked them if there was any way of having a lower volume subscription and that I would be happy to pay 100% more than I have been doing because it would be worth it to me then.

Since I had no feedback or replies I have now tried to cancel numerous times to no avail. They are still trying to take my money although I have cancelled the standing order.

In conclusion, the increase in subscription charges is outrageous and the customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this service.
