I’m writing this as a seriously frustrated user of your software. I’ve given ZipSale more patience than most people would, but enough is enough. I have to be honest about how disappointed I am.
Your core features simply don’t work. The delist and relist tool, which was one of the main reasons I signed up, doesn’t actually function as promised. Items that sell on one platform remain listed on others, which has caused me to sell items I no longer have. This has directly led to negative feedback on my accounts, which affects my business and damages my reputation.
When I import listings, the descriptions don’t come through, so I’m forced to retype or copy them manually. That defeats the entire point of using a listing tool. On top of that, the system constantly disconnects from marketplaces without warning. This results in listing errors and items being live that should have been removed.
The software doesn’t extract sizes, categories, or colours, meaning I have to manually fill these in every time. That adds more time to the process, not less. Again, this makes the software pointless when compared to just listing directly on the selling platforms.
Despite all of this, I’ve spent around £800 over the past year on this software. That’s £800 into something that has done more harm than good for my business. To make matters worse, your team tried to blame me for not replying to some supposed free period offer while you try and find fixes. That’s not acceptable. I’ve been patient. I’ve waited for improvements. I’ve communicated clearly.
But the fact remains, this is possibly the worst program I’ve used for reselling. It’s not reliable, it’s not efficient, and it’s certainly not helping my business grow.
I am requesting a full refund for the entirety of my subscription. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action to recover my losses and prevent this from affecting other users.
