Sell the Car Ltd gave me the best price and were really helpful, especially when an old HPI issue came up that should have been sorted when the car was originally bought.

Collection was quick — just a couple of days. The only small issue was that the driver forgot to mark the car as collected, so payment was delayed. One quick call later, and the money was in my account within 15 minutes.

All in all, a smooth process and great customer service.

Quick to respond to my query. It was very easy to arrange collection and the team were very responsive when contacted to check details. The money was in my account within 2 hours after collection.

Only issue was ETA for collection. Was advised by the collection service that we would get a call when the driver was an hour away. Got a call from the driver who advised he was 10mins away from the collection point. We were over 40mins away and when we asked the driver if he could wait for us, he said they weren't able to wait around. Luckily he got stuck in traffic so we got there around the same time, or we would have had to have rearrange. Was disappointed that an accurate ETA couldn't have been provided
