Had a bit of confusion with one of their emails sending me to another company which offered me less than half of the “ guaranteed “ figure from but following a phone call they paid me before collection of the vehicle. The collection company were brilliant, lovely man, very polite, showed me what paperwork I needed to keep and what I needed to advise the DVLA, and he took the car and was gone. Best price from this company compared to the endless ones I looked at on line. Would recommend them first

A friendly experience from start to finish.
An offer was made and then I was left to decide if I wanted to accept that, no constant bombardment of emails/texts like some other companies. When I accepted, a collection day was chosen by me and I was sent details of how the collection would happen and what paperwork they needed.
On the collection day they gave me notice of when they were near to my address, handover took minutes to complete and money was in my account shortly afterwards.
I would use again without hesitation.
