Very professional service. Staff were friendly and courteous and answered my queries very rapidly. The transaction was very smooth and the funds were in my account 24 hours after agreement of purchase price. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I was advised when my jewellery would be collected to suit me and it was collected on time the following day, not only did they email me an offer (which I was very happy with) they also paid me immediately by bank transfer,. Had I not been happy with the quote the items would have been returned free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company as it was completely hassle free with no pressure put on me to accept their offer and Becky who organised the whole transaction was extremely helpful and really nice to talk to. Definitely a 5 star service. Brilliant!!

Great service and good offer
Sent box of mainly costume jewellery with some pieces of silver on Thursday and was pleased with offer received on Monday, sent acceptance off Monday evening and money was in my account Tuesday afternoon. Great service all the way through, will definitely use again
