Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. A gentleman named Stewart called me 2 days before dispatch and I realised I made a mistake and he happily listened to me patiently and took time to adjust my order. The order came precisely on the day mentioned. I was also refunded the differences of the amount (even though it was my mistake) within a week. Compared to other places this was a good price too. If price remains same would be more than happy to purchase again.

I had purchased the home brew bottle…
I had purchased the home brew bottle kit on a Saturday night.. Long story short the following morning I emailed the company to cancel the order. They did, hassle free, contacted me that day and processed it on a Sunday. When I need any bottle or jars. I will head to this company. The customer service is fantastic
