I loved the sample pack, it gave me an idea of what size I might need. Now I am ready to buy more.

Easy to order, product as expected and quick delivery

My order dealt with promptly and delivered to expectation.

Correct postage was not paid. Sent as 'large letter' but was over the size. I had to pay £3.50.

Great quality product fast delivery excellent service

product as described, well priced and very prompt delivery.

Good quality product and reliable delivery.

This is such a brilliant company, I can't recommend them enough. I really wanted to leave another review after the very kind and helpful customer service I've just received. I needed my glassine bags urgently and forgot to change the delivery method at checkout.. Customer service was very helpful and solved my problem. You can always rely on fast delivery from this company (often next day with the delivery upgrade), the bags are always packed really well and I've never had a single faulty glassine bag. This company is a Goddess send if you own a small candle / wax melt company, I can't recommend them enough and I'll never buy elsewhere✨

Oh and people leaving one star reviews to a company for late delivery without even contacting the company first should be ashamed of themselves! Contact customer service if you have a problem, give them chance to rectify any problems before coming on here to complain.

Very easy to order - nice website and goods were shipped fast and packed very well.
