I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SENSEQUALITY. I've been playing CS since 2004 and was following "FPS guides" on Youtube that were very generic and not customized to my exact specs. Dain spent over an hour optimizing my pc and answering questions I wanted clarification on. I already have one friend on my team working with him and the other 3 will follow suit. Thanks Dain!

I got the Pc Tune service and it was done byone of their techs, his name is Dain admas. He was really helpfully, and explained everything he was doing. I went from 110 FPS to and average of 195fps in cod.

Dain came through and got my PC running solid. Was very responsive and spent quite a bit of time with me. I appreciate it.

I am not that knowledgeable about PC and specs and you broke everything down where I could understand it and gave me step-by-step. How to use all the programs that you installed and everything that you did, to make sure that my PC was running optimize as a hard-core call of duty player this is the best experience that I’ve had playing the game. My frames are incredibly high at 4K resolution my experience has been amazing. I feel like a different player. My PC is truly optimize, it runs smoother and doesn’t overheat you’re very professional and very knowledgeable and very patient. My controller overclocked feels smooth with no lag. It feels perfect even has helped my recoil stability thank you very much. Thank you for the time that you spent. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to express my appreciation. Thank you very much I hope to work with you again anyone reading this review I want to tell you that there’s a lot of people out there that think they know call of duty and how it runs but this guy knows call of duty. He’s a master of what he does with the settings for your game. No, they know what they’re doing at sensequality!!!

Pretty sad. So I had since built do my computers optimization for a while but I wanted to see what other people could do, just to be curios. So, hired more lol very friendly. So here it goes. We have our meeting *side note $75 rescheduling fee* for those that don’t know. He downloading some files on my computer to update whatever “needed to be updated”. So we go to the bios he does maybe 2 mins in the bios and I wish I was exaggerating. Set the xmp profile put it on ai optimization and yea that was it. I was like to myself hmmm maybe he has some other tricks up his sleeve. Sorry but no he didn’t. That was it and then says run that for 3 hours and you should be good…. So games kept crashing, response time was horrible. So, I was frustrated right. Reached out to him but responses here and there. When I got a response in the timely manner. So, then I rescheduled and he never showed up at all and I texted him multiple times no response never came into the zoom call. Then I just got fed up and said I would rather just like a refund. He said oh man it’s a 1 min fix and you’ll be good promise. I was like no because you did no stress test on the ram, no stress test for the cpu and didn’t do anything really. I told him this was the worst optimization I have ever had. So then he said well since we already optimized some of it how bout half a refund? I said nooooo, nothing works, keeps crashing and your site says Guarenteed your money back. After I sent him the screen shot of his website. He says next refund done thanks for your time. I was flabbergasted he wanted $350 for literally enabling xmp profile. I couldn’t believe it. Must be the pros he only cares about. I call him the fly by and optimize guy. Literally that’s it. WOULD NEVER I MEAM
NEVER Recommend him to anyone. Since built is probably the best optimizers out there.

My Experience:
Dain is a top class PC tuner. Dain was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable in our appointment. Dain didn't just change certain settings in my system and said "trust me bro," he thoroughly helped me understand how certain settings behave in games and in my system to further enhance overall performance. He's a very cool, mellow guy loaded with years of experience and knowledge. If you're looking to boost your PC's performance in a comfortable, educational environment, pray you get Dain!!

What We Achieved:
We were able to get my avg fps in Warzone (1440p) a massive 40fps! Even bumped up my 1% lows around 20-30fps! I didn't even know how to properly benchmark until Dain walked me through the process. But after each test, after each tune, we'd achieve more and more performance. I was astonished at how much more performance Dain was able to squeeze out of my rig. He made me feel like I'm truly getting the most out of my money, and I'm extremely satisfied.

My Recommendation:
I highly recommend SenseQuality. I found them from a YouTuber 'Software & Hardware Solutions.' My overall experience with SenseQuality was worth every penny at $150. But to be fair, my experience with Dain should've been worth way more. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with our session.

I had so much trouble with getting my PC optimized, especially Call of Duty which was unplayable due to Frame issues. Dain went above and beyond to help me figure out the issues while optimizing my PC overall. He did not seem rushed and went through many troubleshooting methods to make me get 360 frames. Definitely worth every penny.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had to reschedule appointment after he no showed the first one, second one was 20 minutes late and offered a bunch of help for my patience, third one no showed and haven’t heard from him since. Trying to get a refund

I should of scroll down and read all the reviews because they ghosted me and left me hanging. Nobody answers, and his discord is even more useless. Smh. Stay away from this company. Hopefully I get a refund from PayPal.

I had originally written a not so positive review of sensequality thinking I had been ripped off but I'm editing it now. " kerneiil" contacted me the next day and spent over 3 hours + helping me fix/optimize my pc. He's a really nice guy, definitely knows what hes doing and was very helpful. I now feel bad for flying off the handle thinking I got scammed. Communication could possibly be better but service was top notch.

No show on our Zoom call meeting. No follow up, have yet to hear from someone to get my money back. Going on 2 months now. Didn't even have the decency to reach out to reschedule.

had a scheduled zoom meeting for 10am waited 2 hours no body started the meeting or contacted me to let me know it was delayed sent out emails and contacted them on twitter and discord still did not get a response will be contacting my bank to report fraud once the transaction goes through.

The guy that helped me tuned my pc and everything but all I gained was like 10 fps if that I still only get 100fps in warzone and 120 in multiplayer feel like that should not be a problem.

First thing you guy’s never acknowledged any of my emails and my confirmation. Second thing you guy’s accepted my payment but never confirmed a date , a date that I was looking forward to tune my pc with you guy’s. Would not be recommending you guy’s to any of my friends or anyone of my followers

It didn't work at all, after the optimisation i've tried to contact them. But they've been dodging me for a month now with saying like 'I'm out of town' and stuff. Disrespectful.

Didn’t do what was asked for. Terrible ass service will never put my money towards this whack company again.
