Guy just didn’t show up first time, I was lucky enough to get refunded but from looking at the discord he uses, and other people that used his service, I got very very lucky to actually receive the refund. Would avoid at all costs.

The customer service on this site is terrible. After replying through emails eventually they stop, making a ticket on discord is a task. I paid for a PC tube that was suppose to raise my frames for Warzone specifically. I have a Ryzen 5800x with a 4080. Yes I know I can be somewhat bottlenecking but I was getting frames of 140-160 when I had a 3080. Now before tune I had a fps average of about 110-120. After the tune they brought me up to 120-130. Yes it got raised but no where near what I’m seeing on their twitter or website. Even the tuner agreed that I should be getting 180+. But of course he eventually stopped replying to me through email when I wanted to get it checked out and no one on twitter or discord was replying to me.. waste of my money not saying that this is always the case just didn’t work out for me.. hopefully they get better with people who already paid for their services… I felt ghosted.

Great experience. 100% saw a difference in the pc performance. Would recommend and use again

I got my pc tuned mainly because I was lacking FPS in Escape From Tarkov. From the tweets they advertised, improvements to performance are shown huge leaps. From what I experience, it was the most basic GPU and CPU profile tune that seems they just throw on for all their clients unless you’re someone huge with a following. They did the bare minimum. A few days later, I emailed multiple times and DM multiple times on twitter for a review for a refund. They also advertised a 30-days money back if you aren’t happy. I saw little to no improvements. In my numerous attempts to contact them, no one got back to me and I never got my money back.

This company is a scam and fraud. They missed a consultation, no reschedule, no response, no refund, and ripped me off $400. Then the owner and operator blocked me.

The experience was good overall with better performance. The only thing was the follow up since it was quite difficult to arrange a

Didn’t get my service, took a month for my refund.

Easy to communicate. Instant finds the issue and resolves it really fast.

Bullet points of the worst experience that I have ever had:
-After you pay the disappear.
It takes days to reach them out.
-No shows at appointments with no advise or messages.
-It takes other days to get them to book another session.
-You request for a refund, you get told that it’s done and after weeks of following up, nothing has been done.
-Use PayPal or your Bank to claim the money back for fraud and choose a different provider for better service.

Didn’t do anything to my PC. I saw no noticeable change in frames when playing COD except the quality of the graphics went down.

I canceld my apointment and the didnt give my money back 399,99 I am still waiting!!!

Waited like and extra hour from my appointment didn’t do really nothing to increase my fps

No customer service at all. Constantly see people in the discord trying to get refunds for no shows and issues. I know optimizers have left so if you're busy maybe take down time slots so people aren't stood up. Huge bad look. Just seems like a struggle to get assistance as well as refunds when it claims 100% refund guarantee. Seeing all this made me steer clear

I am a former worker (non-W2/1099-Contractor, this was a paid volunteer position where I charged my own prices for servicing customers) turned unpaid discord moderator for the SenseQuality discord. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

There's a lot that can be said about this sham of a company; from false promises to a failure to process refunds in a timely manner, SenseQuality leaves much to be desired in the way of providing a valuable product and white glove customer service.

The owner, Kirneill Joseph, operates a business that offers two main services: an "optimization" service, which guarantees an uplift in your PC's performance (or your money back) and a custom PC building service (system integrator service, or SI similar to CyberPowerPC, iBuyPower, etc) that promises "1000+ FPS" and offers the ability to "see enemies before they see you". Both of these marketing bits are untruthful.

Earlier this month (Feb 2023), Kirneill lost his entire optimization staff due to incompetence. His incredulous attitude, arrogant leadership style, and need to dominate his employees working schedules led to a complete turnover. At one point (and I believe even as of the time of this writing), Kirneill has a single employee working for the company to build PCs and currently has no one to handle communications or peform optimzations apart from himself. This lack of manpower and inability to garner new talent in a reasonable amount of time has led to a complete breakdown in operations. In addition to being unable to keep up with demand (and will not notify customers when he misses his scheduled meetings with them due to this), Kirneill is unwilling to process refunds for unrendered services and has simply chalked this failure up to "running a business" -- as if running a business entails a complete denial of refunds. Kirneill has also stated publicly on the SenseQuality Twitter account that he will no longer be building PCs for users, even though one can still purchase his overpriced computers via his website. It seems overtly strange to me that a company can offer a service that it no longer provides and charge people for it. This is a major red flag.

You deserve to keep your hard-earned money and you ought to feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with what you'll receive, you'd be able to get your money back. There's always in an inherent risk when purchasing a service or product that you're unfamiliar with, but it is a company's responsibility to minimize that risk. Unfortunately for Kirneill and SenseQuality, no such comfort can be found when utilizing their company for any of the services they claim to provide. He will do his best to retain your money for himself, even if it means cutting communication with you. I have been given this same treatment for merely disagreeing with him, let alone the hundreds of former customers that to this day are still waiting for their money back. The day that I formally cut ties with Kirneill, 4 separate people messaged me directly asking if I could issue them a refund because Kirneill had no-showed 3 times prior without any indication that he'd be late and no explanation as to why. Unfortunately, as a moderator, I had no access by that point to issue refunds, as all money matters were strictly actioned by Kirneill. To my knowledge, only one of those customers was successfully in getting his money back, via a chargeback.

In fact, as a former friend of Kirneill, I understand that man's demeanor and approach to business and life in general. He is motivated by money and money alone. Nevermind the lip service he provides to his potential customers by saying that he's for the "gamer" or for the "consumer", he's for himself first and foremost and is motivated by this unhealthy drive to create "generational wealth". This in itself isn't a bad thing, but can become an issue if you're motivated by taking someone's money instead of earning it. This is precisely Kirniell's problem. Kirneill believes that every penny that goes through SenseQuality belongs to him and that it is at his discretion that he can issue or deny refunds at will, in addition to failing to meet service agreements with his customers.

To conclude my lengthy review, I would advise any and all potential customers to heavily reconsider working with this man and his sham of a company. When he had people working for him, the company operated much more smoothly and processed refunds when they were submitted. Now that everyone is gone, Kirneill is left blubbering and starving for your money that, once it's in the company paypal, he believes is his alone. Take your business elsewhere or learn how to do these things yourself, because Kirneill neither understands what "quality" means nor does he have a sense for it.

Stay away.

AVOID .I got the overclock and audio done . Had nothing but problem I did contact them and they had a tec come on to try and fix things .pc still had issues .now they want to charge me more for another appointment. Audio optimisation is terrible you get a better result with the audio equaliser in Windows. Also if you miss an appointment they charge you extra . But its fine for them to re pencil you in when they don't turn up. Ended up doing a backcharge through the bank to get all cash back . Now I'm blocked by them .There is so many people complaining about this company .Ps now if you ask them for a refund they take a processing fee . Do your research and avoid. He is a money chaser and doesn't care what state your equipment is left in as long as they get the $$ even content creators are dropping them from sponsorship not to mention they don't pay there employees on time or anywhere near enough compared to the price of the so called product

Website has spelling mistakes, which tells you alot. Booked for an optimisation and left my PC in a state. Lower FPS, stuttering and temps around 90-93. Ignored emails, twitter DM's. Zero customer service. SCAM COMPANY
