Gave us peace of mind knowing we had the extra rain coverage since we were camping!

Nice knowing that if things turned bad you had an out.

I didn't sign up at first, the weather looked great when I made my reservation. As the trip drew near, the weather forecast changed dramatically so I signed up. The value of what we paid was excellent for the peace of mind it brought- knowing if the trip was "ruined" by a rainy day that we would get paid almost the amount of a night's camping fee. I'll do it again when we come back.

It rained for two days straight on our camping trip and sensible weather says it did not meet the requirements for any reimbursement. Perhaps it didn’t technically meet there requirements, but I wouldn’t purchase this again because we ended up spending two days stuck in our camper and it did nothing for us.

**update, upgradingt rating… the sensible weather team contacted me and refunded me for a day of camping. They did tell me that the rain didn’t meet their minimum requirements but refunded my money anyways.

Very up front with how it works, easy to use, and received my reimbursement promptly as advertised!

Kept me well informed all through the dates of my vacation stay. I had peace of mind knowing if the weather was bad I would be able to get a reimbursement for my nice weather plans.

The simple reassurance given to me by this service, is reason enough to get it next time. :)

Obtaining coverage was easy, making a claim was easy. I would definitely purchase coverage again.

Unfortunately, if you get this insurance and an event cancels due to weather conditions, but said weather conditions don't meet Sensible Weather's standards, they will not reimburse you. Told me I need to talk with the venue that hosted the event for a refund. I wouldn't recommend for an event that cannot be rescheduled and may be canceled due to weather.

We setup Weather Sense staying at Florida Elks in Tavernier, Florida. We had to make a change to reservation and let our camp host know I purchased the insurance and wanted it to follow the reservations. Weather Sense representative when contacted by email about the reservation change, they said they couldn't make a change to the insurance to follow the charges to our reservation and we weren't covered for the day it rained all day??? So much for Weather insurance, Scam! Don't use it, they had no flexibility to changes to camping reservations. Will never use this again and highly recommend no one else waste your money! Lesson learned

Even though it didn’t rain I was so glad to have the peace of mind knowing that I didn’t need to stress over the weather. Great to have for a trip booked weeks before the forecast was available! I also appreciated the daily emails during our trip, I’ll definitely be booking with a weather guarantee again!
